Abstract: Breast cancer (BC) disease is considered as a leading cause of death among women in the whole world. However, the early detection and accurate diagnosis of BC can ensure a long survival of the patients which brought new hope to them. Nowadays, data mining occupies a great place of research in the medical field. The Classification is an effective data mining task which are widely used in medical field to classify the medical dataset for diagnosis. Based on the BC dataset, if the training dataset contains non-effective features, classification analysis may produce less accurate results. To achieve better classification performance and increase the accuracy, feature selection (FS) algorithms are used to select only the...........

Abstract: The detection of the primary user (PU) signal, or what is called the spectrum sensing, represents a serious challenge for releasing reliable cognitive communication systems. Cooperative spectrum sensing can be employed in cognitive radio networks to minimize the uncertainty in the PU detection due to transmission imperfections such as: noise, fading and shadow. Cooperative spectrum sensing can be considered as three-step process. In the first step, each secondary user (SU) performs a local detection followed by decision making independently. In the second step, all SUs forward their local decisions to a network fusion center (NFC). Third, based on the received local decisions the final decision about the PU existence is made at the NFC. In this paper, theoretical analyses for a simple...........

Abstract: Development of sensible spectrum sensing techniques is the most vital task within the style of a psychological feature radio system which uses the accessible spectrum expeditiously. The technique of determinative associate degree acceptable range of cooperating secondary users is projected so as to maximize the doable random capability and output of the secondary network supported a target total error rate demand. The analytical and simulation results validate the chosen optimum range of collaborating secondary users in terms of spectrum sensing, doable random capability, and output of the secondary network.

Abstract: Shopping at big malls has become daily activity now days in cities. We can see huge rush during festive seasons in hyper and super markets. People purchase diverse products and rush to billing counters that causes problem of big queue at the end. The motive of the system of the system is to make a system that can solve the entire problem faced in malls by people. The whole arrangement of the components along with RFID tag will be implanted in the trolley and all the items in the mall will have RFID tags. When people will pick up any product and place it in trolley its code will be discovered and its price will be saved in memory, all the bill will be showed on the LCD screen. Therefore this system will reduce the overall time of shopping and make our shopping quite easy and simple..

Abstract: Now-a-days, management of waste from its collection to dumping and disruption has become one of the greatest challenging and arduous chore for municipal corporations, all around the globe. To make this tedious job facile, a new concept of Smart Dustbin has been taken into consideration for Smart buildings, hospitals, schools and railway stations. The Smart garbage collector thought is an advancement of traditional garbage collector by levitating it to become smart inculcating sensors and some form of logics. This smart collector is a revolutionary idea of application of line following garbage car and pole fixed garbage part on predesigned locomotive path. The fixed bin.

Abstract: Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) broadband network technology has made tremendous impact in the growth of broadband wireless networks. Wireless broadband networks are expected to grow in terms of broadband speed and coverage. There has been growing interest in how to provide universal Wi- Fi access in developing countries. . The trend in digital divide between the rural and urban areas for developing countries like Nigeria reveals a wide gap. Efforts are being made by developed nations to close the gap; hence, there is the need for reversal of this trend by developing..........

Abstract: Efficient radio resource management in WCDMA systems is essential while considering the limitation in channel capacity imposed by Interference. An Effective Power control scheme salvages this major draw by controlling the transmit power level of mobiles within a coverage area. Currently, several power control schemes have been developed and some implemented with the aim of providing the required quality of service using the lowest possible transmission power. This paper presents a comparative analysis of common power control algorithms developed to be employed by WCDMA systems..

Abstract: This paper showcases Frequency Reconfigurable Antenna with a circular patch design. The bandwidth of the proposed antenna is increased by circular patch array. The resonance frequency of the proposed antenna can be reconfigured into four different modes. The designed antenna is able to cover the frequency band 1.8-6 GHz with significant peak gain of 2.69 dB in operating band and perform the operation of removal frequency band in different modes. Changing the mode of antenna is done by two pin diode switches that are located between patch and strip-line.

Abstract: This paper analyses the cloud attenuation effects of communication signals at frequencies of 20-50GHz in the southern region of Nigeria. The methodology adopts the modified model for specific attenuation due to cloud postulated by Lorenzo and Capsoni. The values of specific attenuation under the given conditions of cloud cover were computed by using the absorption coefficient of cloud liquid water awand not the traditional use of directly compute cloud liquid water content w. The chosen locations are Port-Harcourt, Benin and Uyo.

Abstract: To ensure intercommunication between circuit modules which are working in different voltage domains voltage level shifters are used. The improving VLSI technologies reduce the silicon area of the circuit, increases circuit performance. The power consumption should be reduced in order to enhance the life of the batteries used in hand held devices. Thus an advanced design for multiple output high voltage level shifters is proposed in this project.
