Abstract: The Autonomy Movement launched by the Koch Rajbongshi people of Assam is known as Kamatapur Movement. There were a number of causes of conflict which led to the emergence of this movement. 20th August, 1949 is the red letter day for every Koch Rajbongshi as on that day an agreement was signed between the last Koch king of Cooch Behar and the Government of India by which Cooch Behar State was incorporated within the Indian Dominion. Koch Rajbongshi demand for autonomy i.e. Kamatapur Movement is an inter-state conflict whereby they demanded a separate state within the Indian union and raised several demands to the government. But however in the recent times the formation of Greater Kamatapur is not possible because it is a very complex matter. According to the leaders of this community the inclusion of the Cooch Behar state within Indian Union is the main reason for marginalization of their history, heritage, art, culture etc. and it was the main reason which eventually led to the Kamatapur Movement.

Abstract: The advent of LPG (liberalization. globalization, privatization) brought about a wave of change in the Indian markets and thus changed the way we do business completely. New business laws were needed to tackle these situations so Government established the SEBI Act, Foreign Exchange Act and the Monopolistic and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969(MRTP Act). With the emergence of privatization and globalization that arose in the nineties in India, a realization was triggered that the existing Monopolistic and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 ("MRTP Act") was not equipped adequately enough to tackle the competition aspect of the Indian economy. Indian enterprises.........

Abstract: The distribution of subsidized inputs to farmers in Nigeria has been an enduring problematic over the years. Various policy experiments in this regard have ended up by-passing the intended beneficiaries and distorting the market. Under the Growth Enhancement Support Scheme (GESS), the e-wallet system was introduced to ensure that subsidized inputs are delivered to farmers. Since it is an ICT-based intervention, its impact is dependent upon the availability of certain infrastructural, institutional and human capacity elements. The study aimed at assessing the availability of these elements in a typical Nigerian farming community. The study utilized a cross-sectional survey design with a structured.............

Abstract: Smalland medium businesses are plagued by challenges with reference to their inability to access loan from Deposit Money Banks (DMBs). This paper argued from banks' external factors to credit accessibility and how this affect SMEs' growth in Nigeria from 1980-2015. Data were sourced from the Central Bank of Nigeria's annual and statistical Bulletins, Banks' audited annual report and National Bureau of Statistics. Multiple regression equation was crafted, diagnostic test conducted and hypothesis tested. The result indicated that the credit reserve requirements(β = -1.401351, p<0.05) was statistically significant, while others were statistically insignificant. The recommendation focused on Central Bank of Nigeria re-engineering policies to enhance credit reserve robustness as this favoured SMEs' growth..
