Abstract: The study examined the causes and implications of change-in-use on landed properties' rental value. 80 questionnaires were administered to practicing estate surveyors and valuers, property agents and developers at Ibara/Oke-Ilewo area of Abeokuta in Ogun state, Nigeria of which 67 (83.75%) were retrieved and analyzed using frequency tables, percentages and Relative Importance Index (RII) ranking model. The study attributed the observed changes in property use in the study area to conversion activities mainly from residential to commercial uses and revealed that internal modifications,.....

Abstract: A set of false beliefs that place the blame on the victim are rape myths. These myths exist in all domains of the society due to varied socialisation process. Presence of such myths in the Criminal Justice System could affect the victim- investigator relationship. The main objective of this study was to examine the existence of rape myths and to identify if any gender differences exist among police trainees. The researcher studied various employee engagement reports and surveys by Hays, Great Place to work Institute, Towers Watson, SHRM, Aon Hewitt, published in 2014-15, came to conclusion that analyzing the employee engagement with the perspective of employee will be only one side of the coin, there should be similar analysis of the organizational motivation climate to understand how much it supports to the employees........

Abstract: Socio–economic, biological and demographic factors may impact the IMR and it is hoped that it can be explained in terms of Mother's age, Birth order, Age at First marriage, religion, gender, residence, Birth weight of infant etc. So far research studies have used GLM, Joint GLM based on log Gaussian and Gamma distribution (McCullagh & Nelder (1989), Lee & Nelder (1998, 2003)) to identify the risk factors of child mortality. Tweedie distribution (Tweedie(1984),Jorgensen (1997) has the potential to model both discrete and continuous processes.......

Abstract: The Paper presents a case on cultural practices and its implications for decision making by Public Servants. The paper discusses the ethical dilemma faced by the Sierra Leone Chieftaincy Institution and how institutional ethics clash with individual moral interests. The paper concludes that the ethical dilemma faced by chieftaincy institution could be resolved by prioritising cultural practices that serve the general interest while at the same time encourages collaboration with other partners with vested public interest.

Abstract: The study examined the relationship between inflation and economic growth for the period 1985 to 2013 using empirical evidence from Nigeria. The Engel-Granger two-step cointegration procedures and Error Correction Model (ECM) were used as the method of estimation. The analyses of residuals of the OLS regression showed evidence in favour of cointegration between inflation and economic growth. Similarly, estimates from the error correction model provide evidence to show that the proxy for inflation and GDP series converge to a long-run equilibrium at a reasonably fast rate.........
