Abstract: The present study was an attempt to implement and teach bharatantayam technically through use of natyakrama for hearing impaired children. During this study the participants were taught bharatantayam dance movements concentrating on their sensory motor skills, gross and fine motor skills, cognitive, social and perceptual skills. The participants were made to perform and practice predominantly those bharatantayam movements, gestures, postures and positions which aided the participant to improve the specified abilities and skills. After therapeutic session the result reported a significant difference. The psychological boosting was maximum in the present study. An attempt was made to develop a tool to analyse the improvement statically which would boost the participant and the researcher.

Abstract: The national education of Indonesia aims to produce not only knowledgeable and skilful young generations, but it also to produce young generation with a good character and morality. This study explains the challenges and strategy to build a good character of young generation in Indonesia using the moral values of state ideology of Pancasila. This study uses a qualitative approach to discuss the issue by reviewing the relevant literatures. To produce knowledgeable and skilful young generation with high moral values, higher education intuitions should initiate and impose proper strategy to build a good character of students as future young generation of Indonesia. Students should be equipped not only with the knowledge and expertise, but also with high character and good morality............

Abstract: The paper presents the current condition and role of women in resistance movement of Kashmir. It is the study of Basharat Peer‟s novel The Curfewed Nights and Shahnaz Bashir‟s novel The Half Mother. The present study depicts the Kashmir‟s longstanding demand for self-determination and sexual violence used as a tool by armed forces to suppress the legitimate resistance movement of Kashmir. The title of the paper is "The Curfewed Nights by Basharat Peer and The Half Mother by Shahnaz Bashir depict The Women as a part of Resistance Movement of Kashmir". The study explains the role of women in the freedom struggle of Kashmir. How a mother coup up from the trauma of losing her son and fought for his whereabouts since last thirty years.The active participation of women in armed struggle as well as in non-violent movement of Kashmir struggle. Howthe courageous women of Kashmir stood side by side with men in every phase of the struggle. Weather it is armed or political.Women of Kashmir have formed its own organizations and have created its own leadership.

Abstract: The present study reveals to the organization of family and kinship among the two Fishing communities.Jalari and Vadabalija household is always a family unit usually consisting of an adult male, his wife and children. In some cases, it includes other kinsmen and their wives and children who are agnatically related to each other.The family among Jalari and Vadabalija is characterized by patrilineal descent, patrilocal and neolocal residence and patriarchal authority. Most of the families are monogamous type, and they are nuclear families consisting of a husband, his wife and their children.Fishing crew formation now-a-days is more like involving labour rather than an activity involving obligatory kin. This citation, as many fishermen observed, as resulted in the gradual disintegration of joint families and formation of nuclear families. As a result the traditional arrangement of kin networks socio-political control and the cultural norms gradually being eroded.

Abstract: The pressure on the existence of traditional birth attendants (TBAs) is currently underway in Bulukumba District. Therefore, there is a collective tension in the actors in relation to maternal and child health services, especially TBAs and mothers. The tension experienced by actors is the emergence of fear of carrying out a profession that has long been engaged in. The TBAs are considered a future threat to maternal and infant health. This study aims at exploring in depth the process of partnership that creates social tensions. It is also aimed at exploring the social clash of actors that produces symbolic violence intensely. This study applied a qualitative design in which research informants are mothers giving birth or childbirth, pregnant women, birth attendants or dukun, midwives, traditional leaders or community leaders. Abstract: The pupose of this study are to know and analyze, how the leadership models of KH. Abdul Ghofur and the his strategy to lead and developing the Pesantren Of Sunan Drajat, Paciran, Lamongan, East Java. This study used the qualitative method by studying the phenomenon in the boarding school. The informans in this study are KH. Abdul Ghofur and his Sons and doughters, the Alumni of Pesantren Sunan Drajat, boarding school administrators, the Headmasters, teachers and the peoples who know abaout the history of this boarding school. Abstract: Food insecurity has negatively affected livelihoods both in rural and urban communities especially in Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Some communities are victims of food insecurity due to unsustainable dietary choices. Mushrooms can be part of the solution to world's food shortage as well as health problems. The popularity of the mushroom has been growing in many parts of Kenya. Although mushroom has high value, no market in Tharaka Nthi County provides the produce for sale. Preliminary surveys were conducted in Chuka, Tharaka and Maara and it was noted that the wild edible mushroom types were highly existent in this County in March and November, but the community seemed not to understand the usefulness of the product in food and nutrition security. Only two large hotels in the County were observed as utilizing mushroom flour for making appetizer. Generally the mushroom was indicated................

Abstract: Necessitated by the increasing prevalence of sexual dysfunction among diabetics, this paper discussed the role of psychotherapy in alleviating the symptoms of sexual dysfunction among diabetics and non-diabetics. Consequently to these, variables were appropriately defined and a thorough review of literature was presented. The extraction of empirical findings from literature illustrated that, sexual dysfunction was common among diabetic and non-diabetic population, with diabetic population reporting the highest prevalence. Specifically, male diabetics reported more cases of sexual dysfunction than their female counterparts. It was also reportedly observed that diabetics and non-diabetics with sexual dysfunction reported symptoms of mental illnesses, ranging from anxiety, low self-worth and depression. In the clinical trial sessions, it was reportedly observed that symptoms of sexual dysfunction significantly reduced when patients were exposed to psychotherapy alone or combination of psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy. Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of self-leadership and work culture on the performance among weaving workers in Klungkung Regency. The research sample consisted of 92 respondents, consisting of weaving workers who worked at home. Data retrieval is based on the questionnaire prepared according to the variable under study. The results of data tabulation are then processed with the SmartPLS program 3.2.7. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that self leadership and work culture show a significant positive influence on the performance of weaving workers in a number of weaving companies in Klungkung Regency. Work culture shows its role as a partial mediator in self-leadership relationships to performance.

Abstract: The objective of this study was to explore the role of language use specifically politeness maxims as a vehicle in conflict resolution in the academic setting. Within the bounds of this articulation, the qualitative study employing content analysis utilized 20 archival data of grievance reports from the Department of Education, Bangoy District, Davao City. The findings untangled the six maxims of the politeness principle namely: tact, generosity, approbation, modesty, agreement, and sympathy which minimized the potential for conflict and confrontation in all human interchange when interpersonal relations were interacting. The politeness maxims influenced the participants in communication to avoid communicative discord or conflict and maintain or enhance communicative concord or comity.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of lecturer competence, lecturer professionalism, and the spiritual intelligence of lecturers on learning motivation at Muhammadiyah University in East Java. The population in this study were all students enrolled at Muhammadiyah University in East Java with a total of 56,400 students. Determination of the research sample using the stratified random sampling method for each university obtained by using the Slovin formula with a 90% confidence level obtained a sample of 135 students. This study was analyzed using Path Analysis with SEM method. The results showed that the lecturers' competence had a significant effect on the learning motivation of students of Muhammadiyah University in East Java. Professionalism of lecturers has a significant effect on the learning motivation of students of Muhammadiyah University in East Java. The lecturer's spiritual intelligence does not significantly influence the learning motivation of Muhammadiyah University students in East Java.
