Abstract: The integration process begins in Africa in the early 1960s with the creation of the Organization of African Unity (OAU). In the mid-1970s, the OAU set up Regional Economic Communities (RECs) to create synergy among the economies of their member countries with theaim of creating a single African market with the subsequent merger of the latter. To this end, it adopted in 1991 the Treaty of Abuja to serve as a legal basis for the realization of this market within the framework of an African economic community. In 2002, the OAU is transformed into the African Union (AU) with a main objective of economic integration of Africa in the image of Europe with the European Union (EU). Since 2012, the AU is in a dynamism of creating an Africancontinen-talfree-trade zone (AfCFTA) with the adoption in March2018 of an agreement for its implementation. This free trade area is supposed to become......

Abstract: This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of time management and work culture, and the role of work culture mediating the relationship of time management to the performance of employees at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries in Timor Leste. This study was supported by 89 respondents taken based on Slovin formula with a precision level of 10% from 841 employees spread across 18 departments. The research sample was taken by proportional random sampling method. Data collection research was conducted based on a questionnaire. The collected data is then analyzed by the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that time management had a significant effect on work culture, but it did not have a significant effect on employee performance. While the work culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Thus it can be concluded, work culture acts as a full mediator in time management relationships with employee performance.

Abstract: The health and well-being of widows in India is an important but neglected issue of public health and women's rights. According to the 2001 Census, widows represent 9% of the female population (over 34 million women), yet researchers and policy makers have paid scant attention to this group. This may partly be due to the overemphasis of the ‗instrumental' (as opposed to intrinsic) value of women in society, the religious symbolism of widowhood in India, and the view that widows are a private matter rather than a social problem. There is a need for a better understanding of widows beyond the sensational cases such as sati (widow burning), to include the more subtle, yet......
