Abstract: Evolution is a process pertaining to the material world that shapes the course of everything, both animate and inanimate, belonging to this planet and the universe. Here, we focus on understanding as to how evolution gets going through the Hegelian dialectical paradigm and the way it influences the trails of knowledge development and social dynamic changes. In congruent endeavours, the meaning of evolution in biological systems is explored. An elaboration, with illustration, is attempted in the field of science and technology to show the optimistic influence of evolution. That, the society is prone to evolutionary changes for uplifting its state, is discussed and following of the views and concepts of natural sciences, in social dynamic changes, is emphasized.

Abstract: Space exploration and exploitation has become a necessary tool for growth and development of any nation. The role of space technology cannot be overemphasized in the development and industrial fortunes of most developed economies and has played a major role in the quick transformation of developed nations all over the world. Abstract: The study sought to examine the psychosocial factors influencing help seeking behavior among caregivers of mental health patients in Gilgil Sub County Hospital, Kenya. The study was based on the ex post facto design. The study was carried out in Gilgil Sub County Hospital. The study population was caregivers of mental health patients in Gilgil Sub County Hospital. There were about 77 mental health care providers in Gilgil Sub County Hospital. The table recommended by Kathuri and Pals was used to determine the sample size of 66 respondents. Purposive sampling was used to select the study sample. The researcher utilized the semi-structured questionnaire for caregivers to collect data. Abstract: The management of the storage and destruction of confiscated objects is an important aspect for the implementation of the allotment in narcotics criminal acts so that the purpose of the EAS itself. This method of research is using juridical research that examines the applicability of the law in the practice of law. Management authority of the storage of narcotics site is carried out by Rupbasan as a container for the storage of the site, which is assumed by prosecutors responsible for the confiscated and stored on prosecutors, and the narcotics agency National can also store narcotic citations. The enforcement authority for the destruction of narcotics site is suspended to prosecutors as the execution and narcotics of National as investigators in narcotics criminal act in accordance with statutory regulations.

Abstract: This article analyses different variables affecting the pedagogical standard in the Simón Bolívar Police School; aiming to change some displeasures found in the research about educational quality in the same School which obstruct an adequate development of academic activities. Four variables were studied: instructors/students, teaching methodology, curriculum and knowledge acquired. Although it was observed the instructors are well prepared, it was noticed that the relationship instructor-student needs improvement. Abstract: The fiscal deficit sphere of Indian economy presents a weak state of affairs, characterized by imbalanced macroeconomic scenario. Policy makers have undertaken measures for restructuring and adjustment of fiscal programs to implement counteractive measures. Thence, this study attempted to estimate the effect of Fiscal Deficit (FD)on economic growth (GDP) in India for a period of 1985 to 2015, considering other macroeconomic variables such as current account deficit (CAD), inflation rate, interest rate, exchange rate, and total public expenditure. Employing ARDL model, fiscal deficit has a negative long-run as well as short-run effect on economic growth in India. Abstract: Student's motivation is questioning from time to time in physical education that attending in Sandafa, Bake and Walagaho school of Sandafa woreda. Though there are ample of determiners to tackle the deliverance of physical education as a subject, but still it has been given equally as of the other disciplines. No matter it is offering students become loosening in learning the subject may be because of motivation. To achieve the intended objective of this study descriptive research method was used. The primary data were collected through five scale questionnaire from students. Abstract: HIV positive children are discriminated and stigmatized by the society. They are deprived of one or more necessities of life. These children are left helpless, abandoned, neglected by the parents due to social, economic and personal reasons like gender, domicile, age etc. In this context they may develop and face a lot of psychological adjustment problems and their psychological wellbeing i.e. the harmony between their abilities and environmental opportunities may suffer. Abstract: The study considered ways of enhancing the academic performance of university undergraduates through proper study habits. Four research questions guided the study that adopted a simple survey design. The population of the study was 5,071 final year students of 2015/2016 academic session of EBSU. Stratified Random Sampling Technique was used to select two faculties out of the seven in the university. Again, five departments of the faculties were randomly selected. Simple random sampling technique was adopted to select two hundred and fifty students; (50 from each department) as the sample size.
