Abstract: The Early Warning System relates to the nurse's role in providing nursing care. Nurses need good knowledge and skills because improper Early Warning System implementation can lead to incorrect assessment results on the patient. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and skills with implementing an Early Warning System in Aceh Government General Hospital. This study was a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study. The population in this study were all nurses in the Inpatient Room of the Aceh Government Hospital, which had 456 people. The sample was selected by proportional random sampling technique with 209 nurses as a sample.
