Abstract: Objective: Pain is highly prevalent in elderly patients and requires a multidimensional and specific approach, which is often a significant challenge for healthcare professionals. Therefore, we propose the development of a protocol that summarizes the main steps for addressing pain in aging, aiming to facilitate and guide healthcare professionals to manage pain more effectively.
