Abstract: Background: Job satisfaction has been an important topic for many years because job satisfaction is believed to contribute to performance and work commitment. Likewise with lecturer job satisfaction, lecturer dissatisfaction with their work can affect the quality of the teaching given to students, impacting the quality of graduates produced. This study aimed to determine the determinants of job satisfaction for nursing lecturers at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health, Aceh, Indonesia.
