Abstract: Background: Gastrointestinal tract of premature neonates is developmentally immature placing them at high risk for developing feeding intolerance and/or necrotizing enterocolitis. It is important to consider the immaturity of the premature neonate intestinal tract which can cause decreased gastric emptying, slower intestinal motility, decreased gastrointestinal hormones, enzymes and juices, which all affect overall digestion and feeding tolerance. Aim: was to determine the effect of abdominal massage therapy on feeding tolerance of premature neonates. Abstract: diabetes is one of the leading chronic diseases in the whole world ingeneral and in Saudi Arabia in particular, it shows a gradual increase in incidenceespecially that of Type II Diabetes, hence it is considered a pandemic disease. Abstract: Based on data from UNICEF, infant and under-five mortality rates in Papua are the highest in the world, children under five in Papua experience weight loss problems by 12%. More than a quarter of Papua's population is below the poverty line, one of which is the Dani community. Toddlers are children under five years old, not including babies because babies have special eating characteristics. Under nutrition is a condition that occurs due to non-fulfillment of food intake, requires a mother's role and soft skills in caring for malnourished toddlers, more specifically the soft skill needs of Dani tribes in caring for nutritional infants in the Baliem Wamena valley of Jayawijaya Regency. aims to explore in depth the needs of mothers' soft skills in caring for toddlers under nutrition in the Baliem Wamena valley.This research is a qualitative research with explorative descriptive phenomenology.........

Abstract: Background : Food is potential source of infection and is liable to contamination by microorganisms at any point during its journey from the producer to the consumer. Lack of adequate food hygiene can lead to food borne diseases and death of consumers. Almost 1 in 10 people in the world fall ill after eating contaminated food and 420000 die every year, resulting in the loss of 33 million healthy life years. Food poisoning outbreaks have increased from 50 in 2008 to 312 in 2017.Structured teaching program on food hygiene shows improvement in their existing knowledge. Abstract: Work engagement is a reflection of effective use of nurses' skills and knowledge with proper support, resources, feedback, and training. Improving nursing work environment is a central point and challenge for healthcare organizations. Therefore, the way for reaching to magnet working environment becomes a roadmap to deal with nursing shortage, attract and retain nurses in many hospitals.
