Abstract: This study explores the generic structure of transactional conversations in American Psychological Association (APA) podcasts, employing Halliday's framework of Information Commodity Exchange to examine how dialogue is organized and information is exchanged. Abstract: This research aims at introducing the extent of effectiveness of Teaching Aids for the teaching of Arabic language communication in the Faculty of Arabic Language, Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University (UNISSA), Brunei Sultanate, Darussalam. The researchers have distributed the questionnaires to Level One students in the same faculty, the same university, who attended Arabic Language Communication class, 2024 session. They were 14 students among overall number of 21 students, (which sampled 66%). After these students arrived at the required data, they carried out quantitative and evaluative analysis to arrive at the required results. Abstract: Test Of English as a Foreign Language, TOEFL, is a vital measure of proficiency in English. TOEFL iBT, which focuses on the effective application of English in academic situations, covers the essentials of English, including Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing. Abstract: This study was conducted to find out what positive impoliteness strategies appear in the Movie "The Good Wife" season 1. 58 conversations in 23 episodes of the movie were analyzed. The result shows that nine out of ten strategies suggested by Culpeper (1996) are used by characters in the movie. The strategy with the highest percentage of occurences is seeking disagreement and igroring the other has the lowest percentage of occurences..
