Abstract: About 9% of gingival growths are peripheral ossifying fibromas (POFs), which are reactive soft-tissue lesions that typically develop on the interdental papilla. They are thought to be caused by gingival connective tissue, the periosteum, or the periodontal membrane. In clinical terms, POF manifests as a distinct, sessile or pedunculated gingival mass, usually less than 1.5 cm1, and may be a maturation of pyogenic granuloma or peripheral giant cell granuloma2.

Abstract: Introduction.

Abstract: Keratin, an intracytoplasmic filamentous protein, constitutes nearly 80% of the total protein content of keratinized stratified squamous epithelium and provides structural integrity to epithelial cells. Alterations in the keratinization process are seen in a wide range of hereditary, premalignant, and malignant oral lesions, making keratin an important diagnostic marker in epithelial pathology. Routine Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) staining does not selectively demonstrate keratin, as most eosinophilic structures such as collagen, muscle, and secretions stain similarly, making differentiation difficult........

Abstract: Background: Dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) possess significant regenerative potential, and their biological behavior is strongly influenced by the mechanical properties of the extracellular matrix. Among these, substrate stiffness plays a pivotal role in regulating stem cell fate through mechanotransduction pathways. This systematic review evaluated the influence of substrate stiffness on DPSC behavior and its implications for pulpo-dentin regeneration......

Abstract: Background: Excessive gingival display can compromise smile aesthetics by creating an imbalance between visible tooth structure and gingival tissues. Aesthetic crown lengthening is a periodontal surgical approach used to increase clinical crown exposure and establish a harmonious gingival contour. Precise determination of the desired gingival margin is essential for achieving predictable aesthetic results, particularly in the maxillary anterior region.
Aim: To evaluate.......
