Abstract: With the use of time series data between 1995 and 2016, this study examines the effects of foreign direct investment (FDI) along with institutional qualityon economic growth in Nigeria. We use LSE-Henry‟s General to Specific Approach Technique. The results show significant positive effect of FDI on economic growth. Institutional quality tested with an interaction term reduces the growth effects of FDI. The findings from this interaction show statistically significant and robust results to different specifications. Based on this, we conclude that while FDI spur economic growth, decision makers in Nigeria need to also focus on ensuring quality institutions in order to fully benefit from FDI..

Abstract: Grammaticality (or grammaticalness) is a theoretical term. The conception of grammaticality rose next to the theory of generative grammar, the goal of which is to formulate rules that define well-formed, grammatical sentences. (https:||en.m.wikipedia.org) So, grammaticality has always connection with the rules that are important to make a well formed sentence. We can notice that in Bhojpuri and Maithili language, in some cases, by the help of some personal markers gender makes grammatical relation with the verb of a sentence. This grammatical relation seems as very important to make these types of sentences. Hence, in these languages, gender is partial grammaticality. In this paper, I am trying to discuss the gender of Bhojpuri and Maithili language as grammaticality..

The study revealed that even though the Nigeria State had ratified most internationaltreaties set up to combat terrorism both at the international and State levels, such adopted legal instruments are yet to be domesticated, and when some are domesticated, there are issues of unenforceability due......
