Abstract: This report was the result of a research related to factors that affect the ability to read of lower class students (I, II, III) of primary school in central Sumba Regency in East Nusa Tenggara. This research was done in 45 primary schools in grade 1, 2, and 3 with total 3.645 students (2430 boys and 1215 girls) that are scattered in 5 Sub-district in central Sumba regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Whereas the population of teachers in this research are 270 teachers (125 male and 145 female) counted from the whole total amount of teachers based on initial data assessment taken from the secondary data of 45 schools that scattered in 5 Sub-district in central Sumba regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Abstract: This study aims to produce a learning model based on creative play to stimulate aspects of social emotional development in Early Childhood Education. The method in this study uses research and development methods with a development model by Borg and Gall. The results of investigations conducted on seven classes found PBM conducted to stimulate social emotional development in PAUD has not been maximally implemented. Abstract: This study sought to assess the performance of University Computer Education Students in computer operation competencies. A total of one hundred and twenty computer education students of the university. No sampling was made. Abstract: The study examined the relative effects of Contingency Management and Token reinforcement strategies on self control levels of remand homes inmate in south-west of Nigeria. The study adopted the quasi- experimental non-organized pre-test, post-test and control group involving 3x2 factorial designs. Seventy two (72) clients formed the sample for the study. Abstract: Outcome Based Education (OBE) is targeted at achieving desirable outcomes at the end of programme. Teaching with this awareness and making the associated efforts constitute OBE. Students are responsible for their own learning and assessment is based on outcome rather than content taught in the programme in OBE. This learning outcome could result from a program or a course. This paper is an attempt to provide effective method to assess the Course Outcomes (COs), Program Outcomes (POs) and Program Specific Objectives (PSOs) starting with framing COs by refering Bloom's Taxonomy and then CO-PO mapping later extending it to the attainment of COs, POs and PSOs with precise methods or assessment tools for an Electronics and Communication Engineering programme of tier II institution. This attainment analysis is made to provide continuous improvement in course delivery, assessment and curriculum.
