Abstract: Psychoanalytic Feminism and feminism had played a major role in the current gender issues that is prevailing and feminism is still fighting to get along and even above men. Women try to regain the power that they had and the feminism that is continuing is happening as not any gender struggle as such, but a political power struggle. The patriarchs, when they gained power, used the same ideology called victimization and they gained the power through the compassion of women. Now feminism also does the same victimization game and tries to get over to power. This might bring the other gender men also into the same struggle which women struggled when they were put down. This paper is a post-feminist reading of the current gender issues using the works of Sylvia Plath and Virginia Woolf.

Abstract: A child has a bigger piece of pie of the aftereffects of marriage compared to the male or female who part their paths with divorce. Understanding the ultimate cause can help us manipulate the consequence and therefore it is imperative to understand parenting as well as divorce from a child's perspective; something that would give more meaningful insights and conclusions on the basis of which recommendations can be drawn to help prolong a marriage or reduce the possibility of a divorce. Much consideration has been given to divorce in many cultures and countries as it is an alarming situation for a small family with the ability to affect the society and its peace if the problem of divorce gets more and more widespread. In our country and culture, this problem is seen and witnessed more often now than ever.............

Abstract: Since independence Northeast India has been a theatre of ethnic mobilization and violence. The multi-ethnic and multi-linguistic composition of the region has witnessed a number of ethnicity and identity based movements demanding a separate identity and ultimately a distinct space. The policy of 'divide and rule' as propagated by the colonial rulers had a long consequence in the political life of the region. The post-independent state too carried forward the colonial policy of drawing the boundaries on the basis of ethnicity. But even after craving out seven states in the region many minor groups within these states were left without any geographical entity............

Abstract: Women empowerment is the ability to direct and control one‟s own life, but it is clear that such an individual empowerment of women is attained in relationship to the larger society. It is a process in which women gain control over their lives by knowing and claiming their rights at all levels of society. The study is dealt with the Women Empowerment through self help groups. SHG is an organization with fundamental principles like democratic approach and common decision-making, transparency, self-helping, repayment of loans and group development. Abstract: The early childhood education sector in Kenya does not receive direct funding from the government like the primary and secondary sectors. This then calls for stakeholders to provide finances for procurement of teaching/learning resources and other resources. The purpose of this study was to establish the provision of teaching/learning resources in ECE in Kenya. The study adopted a descriptive survey design to investigate this in Kakamega County, Kenya. Purposive sampling was used to select 3 sub-counties (30 % of the population). Proportionate stratified random sampling was used to select 30 % of the public and private ECEs to participate. Head teachers and one teacher from the selected each ECE participated in the study. However where more than one teacher was found in an ECE centre, simple random sampling through balloting was used to select the one to participate.............

For instance, Nigeria political and socio-economic woes are due largely to the lack or near absence of moral values. This paper articulates the potentiality of religious education to drive development in this 21st century Africa. The study uses the qualitative research approach which relies on argumentation that rigorously and strictly adheres to the rules of logical syllogism and coherence. The findings indicate that education is a determinant factor for the development of any nation or society............

Yet it still lacks sufficient application in the Arab world where sociocultural dynamics based on Islam tend to be unique in comparison to the western world. In Libya, this has been further complicated by the ongoing instability and volatile political climate that followed the fall of Gadhafi regime. This proof-of-concept study considered employee and managerial perceptions on the organisational culture promoting engagement in four Libyan............
