Abstract: Small businesses often face a variety of problems related to their size. A frequent cause of bankruptcy is undercapitalization. This is often a result of poor planning rather than economic conditions. MSMEs in India face number of problems – absence of adequate and timely banking finance, non – availability of suitable technology, ineffective marketing due to limited resources, non availability of skilled manpower, Raw Material and frequent power cuts which leads to production problem. Abstract: The descriptive study seeks to explore the digital divide between male and female students of University of Barisal, Bangladesh. The term digital divide is conceptualized in three aspects- access to, usage and ability to use ICTs. A total of 300 students were participated in this study where 150 were male and 150 were female. The field data show that though there are no significant differences in access to and usages of ICTs but there is a notable gender gap in ability of ICTs'usage (Smart Phone and Laptop/desktop)...........

Abstract: The Enactment Of The Lake Victoria Transport Act 2007 By The Government Of Kenya Was Expected To Improve Safety On The Lake. The Number Of Maritime Casualties Would Reduce Significantly And That This Would Boost Fishermen Confidence On The Lake. Despite This Policy And Other Regional And International Legal Frameworks Being In Place, Fishermen In Lake Victoria Still Face A Myriad Of Technological Hazards That Enhances Their Vulnerability. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the impacts of nyumba kumi community policing strategy on crime prevention in Kenya. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics in which frequency distributions; percentages and mean in each item was calculated. The findings of the study were that there was a Nyumba Kumi community policing strategy for curbing crime in Kenya. The participants agreed that nyumba kumi community policing strategies, political support and good will of the government for nyumba kumi community policing strategy and police administration had positive impact.............

Abstract: The Silk Road was the title of a set of routes that were convoyed by caravans and ships between China and Europe, by a long of 10 thousand kilometers, which dates back to its beginnings to Han dynasty rule in China around 200 BC. Therefore China has launched in its international relations based on three strategies known as diplomacy, near the ocean «Peripheral Diplomacy», initiative and strategies, The New Silk Road is not just only lead to stimulate the economy but also to create new job opportunities for the youth sector in all participating countries in this way...........

Abstract: The role of first language as an impediment to L2 learning has been a well-documented subject in second language research. Along the same line teachers prefer to use circumlocution instead of giving the students L1 translation of unknown words. The current study attempts to investigate the role of L1 translation tasks and the proficiency level in EFL learners' speaking performance. To this aim, 120 learners were selected and divided into control and experimental groups.............

Abstract: The provision of law enforcement in Indonesia for violation of the conservation of fish resources are subject to the provisions of national law is not an implementation of the international treaties that have been ratified by the Government of Indonesia. International agreement merely provides signs that necessary to law enforcement for violation of conservation of fish resources, while the authority of the regulation is mandated to participating countries. Law enforcement on conservation of fish resources that damage the sustainability of fish resources is not solely given criminal sanctions or fines, because these sanctions have been ineffective and should require civil law enforcement instrument..........

Abstract: In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of the country origin in the evaluation of foreign productsand the mediating role of brand loyalty between them. The datas were obtained as a result of the questionnaires applied to the consumers living in Kazakhistan after the literature survey. According to the obtained datas, it has been understood that the brand loyalty has a partial mediating effect. There have been applied 414 questionnary to the respondents. But294questionnaires returned and 247 questionnary were analyzed. The results have showed that consumers have been influenced by the knowledge of the country of origin when evaluating products of foreign origin and brand loyaltyhas decreased the effect of country of origin.
