Abstract: This research executed in Coastal North Sub-Province Buleleng, Bali, during two year. First year, with aim to to study: (1) how natural coastal characteristic of environmentaldamage coastal area in Sub-Province Buleleng?, (2) how environmental damage storey;level of coastal area in Sub-Province Buleleng?, (3) how role of society in management of coastal area?. By virtue of district population swampy forest owning coast, hence selected by 3 district deputizing Sub-Province Buleleng that is Buleleng West taken sample District of Seririt, Middle Buleleng deputized by District of Buleleng and Buleleng East District Kubutambahan. Three the area selected by purposive with consideration that in the area its coast at most experiencing of good damage effect of by coastal abrasion and also human being interference...........

Abstract: The West African Monetary Union (WAEMU) was Created by Treaty on January 1Oth 1994 in Dakar, one of which key objective is to strengthen the competitiveness of the economic and financial activities of its Member States within the framework of an open market, competitive and a legal environment Streamlined and harmonized. The WAEMU competition law is published with the aim of establishing a common market in light of the European Union's experience, which has consecrated competition as a fundamental pillar of the single market. The EU suggest (preconizes) decentralization to member states structures while the WAEMU is moving towards the centralization of the exclusive competencies of the commission..............

Abstract: The purpose of the present study was the investigation of the effect of context on teaching Idioms and using contextual-clues by the EFL learners for getting the meaning of Idioms. For this aim, 60 out of 80 students were selected through administration of Nelson English Language Test and were randomly assigned to control and experimental groups. Both groups took part in the per-test. In each session, the same Idioms from the Idioms organizer book were presented to the participants in both groups and some exercises from the book were done to make them more characterize to students...............

Abstract: The purpose of this study to know influence of religiosity on subjective well being with a mediator variable meaning of life in those Naqsabandiyah Kholidiyahtarekat. Research subject is a member of the congregation (jamaah tarekat) Naqsabandiyah Kholidiyah adulthood has followed for two years as many as 204 people.This study uses a linear regression analysis. The result shows that there is influence independently between religiosity and the meaning of life to subjective well being. The meaning of life as a mediator variable between religiosity and subjective well-being conform with the theory.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to briefly discuss the relationship between language and cognition and provide some examples of three aspects: construal, gesture, and encyclopaedic knowledge with reference to the effects of social factors. It is important to understand the relationship between language and cognition and to know which of them is dominant on the other and also the role of social factors in regard to this relationship.

Abstract: The aim of this study is to briefly discuss the relationship between language and culture and provide some examples of this relation from the perspectives of studying and teaching a language. It is important to understand the relationship between language and culture and to know which is controlling which. This paper somehow leaned towards the positive aspects of this relation and focused on educational systems that are flexible regarding cultural concepts when studying/teaching a language.

Abstract: This piece is an attempt at studying the trajectory of media reportage of 2016 presidential election in the United States, presenting the myriads of methods used by the media practitioners to reconcile the values of the two presidential candidates with the votes of the electorate. The issues relating to symbiotic relationship of values and indecent languages that characterized the United States' presidential debates and campaign rallies were expatiated in detail. Some attention is paid to types of agenda setting and the complex trending relationships that scholars have observed on issues relating to values and votes covered by the social media and traditional media............

Abstract: For a long burnout related to occupational stress is recognized as a serious problem in some helping professionals such as library professions, teaching & nursing etc. The burnout is like a process by which employees become frustrated and unproductive at the workplace due to high level of stress. This condition has many sources and may be caused by personal issues as well as work-related problems. The present paper represents the symptoms & sources of burnout. The paper also represents the some prevention issues to remove the occupational stress as well as burnout.

Abstract: This paper investigated the direct private cost and economic benefits (monetary) to investment in the postgraduate education of lecturers in Federal and state universities in Edo and Delta States. Descriptive survey method using ex-post designed was used. Study population was made up of two thousand, seven hundred and ninety - seven (2,797) lecturers in the Federal and State universities in Edo and Delta states. Using purposive sampling technique method, 300 lecturers with either master's or doctoral degrees from Federal and State universities in Nigeria were sampled. A checklist on direct private cost and direct private economic benefit of masters' and doctoral degrees (DPCDEBMDE) – was used to solicit information on the direct private unit costs and economic benefits (salary and other monetary income) from postgraduate education. Data gathered were analysed using descriptive and econometric statistics
