Abstract: Liuyi Jushi Zhuan(The Biography of Hermit Six Ones),the autobiography of Ouyang Xiu, is a distinguished biography with superb narrative techniques. Analyzed in perspective of Chinese and Western narratologies, The Biography of Hermit Six Ones shows structural skills of "metanarrative signs" and superb narrative experience of imagery applications, introspection and satire in narrative perspective-apologias and interior monologues. In terms of the theory of Roland Barthes, its rich and complex meaning world can clearly summarize the relation between the author and the literary representation of his self-image.

Abstract: The global burden of mental health problems is on the rise, with particular sections being more vulnerable. Industrial population is facing the risk of mental health issues much more than the general population. Realizing the potential risk of such a trend, efforts are afoot worldwide to promote positive mental health, and to provide remedial measures. The problem is more complex in societies with inadequate awareness levels and huge treatment gaps. Recently, India has seen a number of interventions in the area of community mental health care but a contextual focus on mental wellbeing promotion in workplaces is deficient. One reason is the lack of concrete definitions and evidence-based research in occupational mental health..............

Abstract: kind in The Rime the Ancient Mariner. Modern man's juxtaposed vulnerabilities and calamities constitute significant thematic contributions tothe critical appreciation of the poem. Using various modernist artistic techniques and mechanisms, Coleridge stresses a variety of questions about his mariner as a modern man who gets lost amidst a stormy life. The chaotic nature is Coleridge's largest crucible of human experiences andfutilities. Also, spiritual and earthly implications of modern man are mirrored in the wavy world of the poem. Alienation, solitude, absurdity, and fragmentation are basic passions and pain-driving powers, on their theoretical, practical, epistemological and artistic grounds. The paper also examines themodernist formalistic techniques in which the poet depicts modern man's reactions to redeem himself and transform to a better catharsized man.

Abstract: This paper explores the Muslim females' vision in two narratives, namely the Girls of Riyadh (2005) by Rajaa Al Sanea and the Persian Girls (2006) by Nahid Rachlin. The former represents the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while the latter stands for Iran. In these novels, both nations claim their adherence to the Islamic rituals and rules. Also, both female writers portray the social, political, religious and cultural dimensions in such nations. In other words, both Muslim women represent the everyday reality of their nations. However, due to the different national and cultural perspectives of the two writers, the novels are narrated differently. They attempt to tackle the hidden features of the two Islamic nations.............

Abstract: This work analyses the new structure of the National Industrial Court in Nigeria under the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (Third Alteration) Act, 2010 as regards the finality of the Court's decisions on civil matters and causes. The work points out some legal problems created by the interpretation of the provisions of the Constitution particularly section 243 and argued that the said section has not removed the right of appeal to the Court of Appeal on other civil matters and causes. This work relies on some Nigerian Judicial opinions and those of some writers, and advocates that the Courts should adopt a purposeful and liberal interpretation of the Constitution that will meet the course of justice.
