Abstract: Exploring farmers' recognition of the "three rights division"of rural land has important theoretical and practical significance for the comprehensive implementation of land property right reform and the thorough development of farmland conversion.Taking Hubei province as the research area, this paper establishes an evaluation system for farmers' recognition of the " three rights division" policy ( including policy awareness, policy satisfaction and policy concern ), evaluates the policy recognition of three different types of farmers (flow-in, flow-out and non-flow) by Fuzzy evaluation method. The results show that farmers' policy recognition of the" three rights division" can be ordered in a sequence like: land flow-in farmers' (0.401) > land flow-out farmers' (0.354) > non-flow farmers' (0.338). Different types of farmers also have different focuses on policy awareness, policy satisfaction and policy..............

Abstract: Leaders with high emotional intelligence have the ability to understand themselves as well as others and to regulate behaviors in a given context. These abilities are a function of their motivation. Motivation is the process that accounts for an individual's intensity, direction and persistence of effort towards attaining a goal. Former researches indicate a strong association between emotional intelligence and leadership. The role of motivation in determining leadership has also been established. However, the present study proposes a model to investigate whether there is a path that goes through motivation in order to understand the association between emotional intelligence and leadership in the workspace. This exploratory study undertakes a convenient sample of 60 upper and middle management employees from private and public sectors. The tools used for data collection include Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire............

Abstract: Chāndogya Upaniṣad is one of the major upaniṣads under the aegis of Sāma Veda, considered to be the mother of Indian music. The study attempts to trace the various references of Sāmagāna present in Chāndogya Upaniṣad as Sāmagāna is the basis of Indian classical music. Analytical study of Sāmagāna is imperative to trace its influence on present day music. This will in turn, help in better understanding of various aspects of music prevelant today such as tāḷa, graha bheda, gamaka, nerval, etc, which are all crucial concepts of Carnatic music..

Abstract: National development is the all inclusive development of a nation. It will be possible only through the promotion of social equity and social justice by imparting proper education to all, especially the marginalized sections in the society including scheduled tribes. The socio-economic and educational conditions of scheduled tribes in India are very low compare to the national average. The major reason behind this backwardness is the lack of proper education. Many of the superstitions, cast problems and other social issues were caused by the absence of education. Thus comes the need of giving proper education to the Tribals. For this purpose it is important to make more effective policies from the part of government and ensure its implementation.

Abstract: The main objective of this research was to investigate and map vulnerable and risk area of flood in Robe watershed. Moreover, it incorporated the major cause of flood; and it identified the area for rehabilitation of forest in the study area. Robe watershed is found in North Shewa Zone of Amhara Regional State in Ethiopia. The Town of Shewa Robet is also found in the lower side of Robe watershed. In this research, physical and human factors have been integrated in GIS environment. Of those, hydrologic, land use, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) value, soil, geology, population density, slope, and elevation data were integrated spatially. As a result, 3,281.7 hectare (ha) (11.1%) area of the watershed was highly vulnerable; 23,901.0 ha (80.9 %,) was moderately vulnerable; 1,388.6 ha (4.7%)..........

Abstract: The judiciary performs an active role to uphold constitutional values and ethics under the constitutional scheme. For confronting civic dilemmas, the judiciary applies its intellect and creativity to fill the hiatus between the positive and normative aspects of legislations. It cannot properly uphold the interest of the citizen, if it is enclosed with legal hindrances and consequently the judicial activism is emerged. But, the embracement with judicial overreach can menace the good governance.

Abstract: Medication adherence is essential to successful treatment of HIV/AIDS. Maintaining high adherence will likely prove a major challenge in Africa. Despite early reports suggesting that adherence would pose a major barrier to treatment success, a more recent research show that adherence rates in Africa are quite variable and often poor. Given the large number of patients whose disease will progress if adherence is suboptimal, a research is urgently needed to determine the patient's factors which influence adherence to antiretroviral drugs in client attending CCC. The critical factors that influence adherence are patient factors such age, sex, cultural beliefs, socio-economic, disclosure of HIV status........

Abstract: The study seeks to ascertain the work attitude and job performance of Junior Non-Academic Staff (JNAS) of Ebonyi State University Abakaliki, Nigeria. A total of 284 or 30% of the university staff were sampled out of a population of 976 staff as at the time of the study. Descriptive statistical tools were used to measure the variables. The study revealed that JNAS of Ebonyi State University has a high positive attitude to work especially with regards to team work and that has resulted into high job performance. Therefore, impressive work attitude, effective communication and regular attendance to work by staff have been of great benefit to the institution both in terms of job performance and high productivity. Abstract: The study examined the impact of exchange rate policy on manufacturing output, using evidence from Nigeria for the period 1981-2016. Johansen cointegration test and Vector Error Correction (VECM) model were applied in the analysis. Time series data obtained from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) statistical bulletin on manufacturing output (MOP), exchange rate (EXR), manufacturing sector capacity utilization (MCU) and import (IMP) were engaged in the investigation. After the necessary integration, co-integration and correcting the error in the estimated equation, a causality analysis via Granger causality test among the relevant variables was undertaken in order to verity the relevance of the exchange rate-led hypothesis to manufacturing sector output growth in Nigeria. The results revealed that growth increasing the quantity of naira exchanged for the dollar caused a fall in the manufacturing output in Nigeria. However, this impact was found to be insignificant. Thus, exchange rate volatility..........
