Abstract: The subsaharian Africa is confronted to self-government and development problems. This problem is first of all a matter of autonomy existence. Through an analytic method, this article examines the Subsatiarian living problems in a philosophical approach. We investigate the alterity of the Subsaharian Africa, a world of which existence is unauthentic, tinited of cultural, economic and political imperialism. This investigation demonstrates how imperialism squeezes the dream of African conscience. It suggests political and educational revolution as a way and a path of solution to the autonomous and African developmental crisis by the restoration of th existence of the authentic Subsaharian continent.
