Abstract: The concept of judicial activism originated and developed first in the USA. This term was first coined in 1947 by Arthur Schlesinger Jr., an American historian and educator. In India, the doctrine of judicial activism was introduced in the mid-1970s. Justice V.R Krishna Iyer, Justice P.N Bhagawati, Justice O. Chinnappa Reddy and Justice D.A Desai laid the foundations of judicial activism in the country. Judicial activism denotes the proactive role played by the judiciary in the protection of the rights of the citizens and in the promotion of justice in the society. Abstract: The visibility of a company would depend on the means implemented for its development. Raising the notoriety of an organization would depend on the fine-tuned strategies to achieve its objectives. The construction of a showroom would be an ideal setting to promote its products and diversify activities. The exhibition hall could increase the number of students at ISAM Lubero in Butembo and play on the purchasing power of the institution. Defining the distribution of income and clearly defining the objectives pursued; this allows the evaluation of the showroom. The construction of an exhibition hall at ISAM Lulero in Butembo will allow the qualification of its nationals and will thus influence their attachment to the activities organized there and the solicitation of services by the surrounding public.....

Abstract: War and peace in Ancient India considered as policy of foreign affairs. War was the chief means by which territory was annexed or rulers defeated in ancient India, which was divided into multiple kingdoms, republics and empires. Often one empire predominated or different empires co-existed. The Vedic literature (1500 – 1000 BC), the two epics Ramayana and the Mahabharat (1000 - 600 BC), Arthasastra of Koutilya (c. 4th century BC) and Banabhatta's Harshacharita (c. 7th century A.D), all key texts regarding warfare in ancient India, testify to this. Troops were recruited, trained and equipped by the state (maula). There were many communities and forest tribes (atavika) that were known for their military skills and prized as such. Such people lived by the profession of arms (ayudh jivi). Villages providing soldiers were called ayudhiya. Mercenaries (bhrita) also existed....

Abstract: Pointillism is considered part of Impressionism, and it is the specialty of some artists who focused on producing their works in a pointillist style in which the elements within the painting are determined by a set of points that are constructive according to the color theory and light in the Impressionists movement, artists such as Georges Seurat, Paul Signac, and Camille Pissarro and other artists who went through that experience with their works.In this study, the researcher worked on transferring pointillism to an impressionist artist, but he was not among those who went through the pointillism experience at that time, namely Edgar Degas. Abstract: D. H. Lawrence is one of the most divisive authors of the 20th century and a major influence on English literature. By depicting nature, women's resistance to and fight with their fates, and the decline of men, this study primarily analyses Sons and Lovers from an ecofeminist standpoint. The oppression of patriarchy and the rise of feminism gradually changes men's perceptions of patriarchy. It also condemns the severe impact that industrial civilization has had on nature and human society, therefore it promotes anti-industrialization and works to rebuild a peaceful society. Ultimately, it emphasises the original impulse, promotes the free evolution of humanity, and calls for peaceful coexistence between humans and nature as well as between humans and society.
