Abstract: The Performance Of The Stock Market In Any Country Is A Strong Indicator Of General Economic Performance Hence It Is An Integral Part Of The Economy. Therefore, It Was Reasonable To Look At The Relationship Between Corporate Characteristics And Performance. Descriptive Research Design Was Adopted To Assess Companies Listed At The Nairobi Securities Exchange (Nse). The Data Collected From Annual Reports Ranged From 1st January 2018 To December 2022, A Five Year Period Of Trading. The Study Utilized The Descriptive Statistics And Inferential Statistics To Analyze Data. The Total Number Of Listed Firms Studied Comprised Of 58 Firms Excluding 5 That Had Been Suspended From Trading In The Last 5 Years.......
