Abstract: Background: Clinical officers have a unique role in shaping the provision of geriatric care. This makes an investigation of their perception of the working conditions and its relationship with their attitude towards geriatric care essential to the development of interventions that promise high quality hospital care to the elderly.
Materials and Methods: The study adopted survey research design. The study locale was Nairobi City County's 99 public health centers spread across the city. The sample entailed all 302 clinical officers working in the health centers.
