Abstract: Este artigo tem como escopo a análise e investigação das valiosas contribuições do renomado educador brasileiro, Dermeval Saviani, para o campo da educação, centrando-se na abordagem pedagógica conhecida como Pedagogia Histórico-Crítica. O estudo contemplará a exposição minuciosa dos principais conceitos e fundamentos dessa perspectiva educacional, aprofundando-se em sua origem histórica e desenvolvimento teórico. Adicionalmente, será traçado um perfil da trajetória acadêmica de Saviani, elucidando as influências intelectuais que moldaram suas ideias pedagógicas, bem como suas principais obras que desempenharam papel relevante na consolidação e difusão da Pedagogia Histórico-Crítica.......

Abstract: Chinese "Jinyuan culture" is a general term for modern culture in the area under the jurisdiction of the present Harbin city and Acheng District. Jinyuan culture is one of the more representative cultures in Heilongjiang Province. It is a special history of the Ashe River basin and Harbin area, and has its own unique cultural beauty. Starting from the investigation of the history and culture of Jinyuan culture, this paper uses the elements of Jinyuan culture, combined with the theory of semiotics, extracts the symbols of Jinyuan culture and carries out some poster designs, to supplement the previous research results, so as to carry out poster extension design from Chinese Jinyuan culture besides to provide enough real and effective theoretical and practical basis for the subsequent research including the development of cultural products.

Abstract: This research paper aims to investigate and analyze the relationship between population dynamics and economic indicators in South Asia, using the provided data table as a basis for the comparative analysis. By exploring various population indicators such as size, density, life expectancy, birth and death rates, and examining economic indicators including GDP, exportations, importations, tourism receipts, debt rate, unemployment rate, inflation rate, and energy consumption, this study seeks to identify patterns, trends, and potential correlations between population dynamics and economic performance across South Asian countries. The findings of this research will contribute to a deeper understanding of the complex interplay between population dynamics and economic indicators in the South Asian context.

Abstract: Human motivation in the context of work can be conceptualized as a voluntary, conscious and self-regulated action capable of boosting the subject to reach their own and collective goals. Although it is a private drive, it is admissible that motivation is stimulated through intrinsic or extrinsic factors to the worker. In this sense, the present theoretical-empirical study aimed to identify, from the perspective of Frederick Herzberg, alternatives that contribute to the process of stimulating public servants in a Federal Higher Education Institution. The development of the research included, first, a bibliographic review and, after the formation of the analysis constructs, a survey was applied to the sample of 96 civil servants, whose judgments were submitted to the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results revealed that human development and leadership development are potential alternatives to boost the workforce and raise reflections on this topic in other areas of public management..
