Abstract: Introduction: Urinary incontinence (UI), defined by the International Continence Society (ICS) as the "complaint of any involuntary loss of urine", is a condition that negatively impacts the quality of life of millions of people. Among the various treatment modalities, resistance exercises have emerged as a promising intervention, especially due to their low cost and effectiveness in improving muscle function. But health professionals, especially Physical Education teachers, face difficulties when systematizing a resistance training protocol.
