Abstract: The aim of this article is to analyze affectivity and its importance in family relationships, as well as its main aspects and reflexes in the current social context. This is a topic that still generates controversy in the legal world, as there are differences of opinion regarding the acceptance of affectivity as a principle. This study will be based on the current and previous Civil Code, relevant scientific literature and the 1988 Federal Constitution, analyzing the transformations and insertions in Family Law, with the aim of ensuring the protection and material equality of the family in all its diversity. Despite the existing divergences, the study of the principle of affectivity is essential to improve understanding of a topic of great importance, considering that the family, seen as the "maternal cell" of society, has been undergoing significant practical and conceptual transformations.

Abstract: Background: Stroke is a severe neurological condition leading to significant functional impairments. Inspiratory muscle training (IMT) is a promising intervention for improving exercise capacity in post-stroke patients. This study aimed to systematically review randomized controlled trials (RCTs) assessing the effects of IMT on exercise capacity in post-stroke patients.
Materials and Methods: A systematic review was conducted across PUBMED, LILACS, MEDLINE, Portal BVS, SciELO, and PEDro databases. Included were RCTs evaluating IMT in post-stroke patients with outcomes such as functional capacity, respiratory muscle strength, balance, dyspnea, and cardiopulmonary capacity. Abstract: The Miju have a tradition of settling disputes using an arbitration method known as 'pharai', and the arbitrator is called 'pharai kathai'. But if the pharai kathai fails to bring resolutions to a conflict then he seeks the help of divine beings for guidance through a priest. The priest invokes the divine beings using divinations, oaths, and ordeals to act as a supreme judge. Hence, this article is an attempt to explore approaches to justice that relies heavily on supernatural powers as the ultimate judge.

Abstract: A pesquisa abordou os desafios e oportunidades da implementação da educação integral e da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) no Brasil, visando o desenvolvimento integral dos alunos. A metodologia utilizada envolveu uma pesquisa bibliográfica detalhada, explorando fontes diversas como artigos acadêmicos e documentos técnicos, com análise crítica dos materiais selecionados.
