Abstract: Health care system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is going through dynamic changes to
increase the nurses' job satisfaction and retention. By establishing magnet nursing work environment in Saudi hospitals, recruitment and retention will be improved. The studies to develop magnet work environment for nurses in Saudi context are very few and limited. Hence, this research aimed to attain a better understanding of the perceptions of nurses towards the magnet work environment characteristics that existed in their workplace structure. Abstract: Vaginal candidiasis is common in women of reproductive age. There are about 40-50% of women will experience recurrence, and nearly 30% of women with vaginitis symptoms on vaginal swab examination are found to have candida yeast, so they can be diagnosed as vaginal candidiasis. This study aims to determine the relationship of genital hygiene to the incidence of candidiasis in reproductive age women. This research is an analytical survey with cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at Pirngadi General Hospital Medan. The population of the study were 214 people and the sample was 114 people. Sampling by purposive sampling technique. Abstract: Purpose:The aims of the research was to determine the goodness of fit of statistical model based on test data generated by the instrument developed to measure the dimensions (construct) of self-awareness, ethical, visionary, altruism, and collaborative teamwork of the Model KBS Design/metodology/approach: Quessionaire BSLM was admistered to 133 ward's head nurse and team leader of type B and type C hospital in Kalimantan Barat. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling to identified goodness of fit, and effect of self-awareness dimension to another four dimension of the model. Findings: A Spiritual-Based Leadership Modelwas fit to ward head nurses. The effect of self-awareness to ethical, vision, altruism and team work and collaboration behaviour were positive strong. Abstract: The aim of the current study was to assess the effect of study skills educational training program among freshman nursing students. Subjects & methods: design: A quasi-experimental research design with pre-post assessment was used to achieve the aim of the study. Setting: The study was conducted in a selected accredited Nursing Faculty in Cairo-Egypt. Subjects: The study involved a group of forty freshmen nursing students recruited in level 1 medical surgical nursing specialty. Results: Most of studied student (92.5%) had moderate total study skills pre-program. Abstract: A study to determine the effectiveness of planned teaching programme on knowledge regarding consanguineous marriages and its genetic effects among women in selected rural areas. A Pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test design was used to evaluate the knowledge of women on consanguineous marriages and its genetic effects. Sample of the study comprised of 10 women in selected rural areas. There was a significant improvement obtained from PTP on the knowledge regarding consanguineous marriages and its genetic effects. Pretest mean is 12.7, SD is 1.18 and after STP mean is 16.9, SD IS 1.48. Its enhancement mean is 4.2. Paired t test value 5.21 is significant at p< 0.05 level. There was a significant improvement obtained following PTP. This study enlightens that there is a need for educational programme in the community based educational programmes to improve.........

Abstract: Pregnant women have an increased morbidity and mortality for certain illnesses owing to the physiologic and immunological changes in pregnancy. The most common complications include gestational diabetes mellitus, pre eclampsia, hyperemesis gravidum, infections, anemia. The management of women with these complications requires special attention and understanding the effects on pregnancy. To prevent these complications , pregnant women should be frequently monitored. Gestational diabetes mellitus carries an increased risk of metabolic disease in the mother and child. Abstract: Background: The purpose of the study was to find out the added effect of sensorimotor retraining program alongwith conventional exercises in chronic mechanical low back pain patients. Pain and disability are the main symptoms of mechanical low back pain. There is a growing evidence of extensive cortical and neurochemical alterations in the brains of people with chronic mechanical low back pain (CMLBP), as these changes could contribute to the persistence of pain, targeting the brain can be a legitimate therapy. Materials & Methods :An experimental study was carried out on 5 CMLBP patients through purposive random sampling in Talegaon Dabhade, Pune, India. Participants were given Sensorimotor Training alongwith conventional exercises for 10 weeks, each week day. Pre and post outcome measures were taken before and after the treatnment, NRS for Pain Intensity, ODI for pain interference with daily activities and RMDQ for self- reported disability.............

Abstract: Iron deficiency anemia has emerged as a main public health problem in all countries. WHO reported that 29% of all females in reproductive age group are diagnosed to have anemia. Study aim: To assess knowledge and attitude about iron deficiency anemia amongst pregnant women. Methodology: A descriptive study was conducted between September 2015 and March 2016 to include 400 pregnant women recruited during routine antenatal care in the antenatal clinic in Assiut University Women Health Hospital.
