Abstract: There has been an increase in smoking habits in Indonesia and some other developing countries. The main component of cigarette is nicotine of 50% which is absorbed through the respiratory tract, mouth mucus, and skin. The effect of cigarette smoke can spoil sperm viability and spermatogenesis. Free radicals contained in cigarette smoke can cause oxidative stress, oxidative stress is a major factor of infertility in men. Oxidative stress is caused by an increase in ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) which will leads to agglutination of sperm that can decrease sperm count. This study was using a completely randomized factorial design. The study subjects are 60 male mice, which were randomly divided into 5 group. The first group was the who received treatment (exposure to cigarette smoke in 0 minutes), the second group.........

Abstract: Background: Robot-assisted therapy is one of the new technologies that used in rehabilitation of stroke patients for improving the process of recovery and enhancing functional activity. Objective: The aim of the current study was to investigate the effect of robotic assisted training on the hand function in stroke patients. Methods: Twenty male patients with stroke were selected from king Fahd hospital in Jeddah participated in this study. The patients were randomly assigned into two equal groups; control group and study group. All patients were assessed for functional performance by manual function test and for pinch and grip strength by hand held dynamometer. Both groups were treated with traditional physical therapy program. Additionally the study group received robotic assisted training...........

Abstract: Background: Obese children are challenged while moving excess mass and performing task requiring power and speediness as gait. Purposes: To investigate the differences in spatiotemporal gait parameters measured by 3D motion analysis between obese children non-obese children. Materials and methods: twenty children of both sexes participated in this study were assigned into two groups ten obese children as study group and ten age matched non obese children as control group. Spatio-temporal parameters were assessed for all subjects by Three-dimensional gait analysis including step (length, time and width), stride length, cadence, speed, stride time..............

Abstract: Generally, less of nutrition is a major factor that causing disease in children. Stunting is a children growth disorder which is indicated by a short body condition until below minus two of standard deviations (<-2SD) based on the nutritional status chart of Child Growth Standard, from WHO. Stunting is a measure of chronic malnutrition, especially toward under-five children in developing countries. The aims of this research is to find out the risk factors of stunting in children aged 24-59 months after controlling the other variables in the slums of Makassar City in 2018. The type of this research is analytic observational with case control design. The number of samples in this research consisted of 72 case groups on children under five with stunting which is selected based on exhaustive sampling technique, and 72 control groups on children under five with no stunting...........
