Abstract: Aquantitative experimental study to evaluate the the effectiveness of health education on knowledge regarding home accidents and its prevention among mother's of under five children. The sample size consisting of 120mother's of under five children in rural areas was selected by using convenient sampling technique. The tool comprised of structured self-administered questionnaire. The pre-test was conducted and the health education was administered. The post test was conducted after one week. The data obtained were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The mean score of post-test knowledge27.37(80.49) 13.02 (38.21) was apparently higher than the mean score of pre-test knowledge13.02 (38.21), suggesting that the health education waseffective in increasing the knowledge of mother's of under five children regarding home accidents and its prevention. The mean difference 14.35 between pre-test and post-test knowledge score of the mother's of under five children was found to be significant.........

Abstract: Ear wax is a normal secretion from the glands in the ear that cleanses the ear but when it becomes impacted it poses some problems to an individual. The aim of the study was to determine the prevalence of impacted ear wax in junior secondary school children and to determine if there was any association between socioeconomic status and the occurrence of wax impaction among these school children. There was need for this study in order to promote awareness of wax impaction and how to manage wax impaction. The study would help to reduce the rate at which people insert items into their ears and as well help the teachers to proactively detect students with hearing loss and take appropriate action as wax impaction accounts for most of the conductive hearing loss as......

Abstract: Background: Understanding the efficacy of High-Fidelity Simulations (HFS) in the management of end-of-life care in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing practice is critical. Different views have emerged in nursing research regarding the place of the efficacy of HFS in determining ICU qualified nurses' management of patients sedated during End-of-Life Care (EOLC). Methods: The study used a systematised review of existing literature. The CASP tool was used to appraise the methodological quality of the studies. Findings: HFS demonstrated a high level of confidence among ICU qualified nurses in managing diverse cases during EOLC. Simulation......
