Abstract: Introduction: The neonatal phase is the most prone to seizure development. These occurrences frequently indicate severe injury or malfunction of the developing central nervous system. Neonatal seizures can occur as a result of a variety of causes and manifest in a variety of ways. Aim: To Study aetiology, Onset and Type of Neonatal Seizures......

Abstract: Background The oral health aspect of a child with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) is often the last in the minds of the treating army of health professionals. The survival of these children has been successful due to enhanced treatments and surgeries in the field of p ediatric cardiology. However, the complexity of the treatments given to these children and morbidity results in increased incidence of dental health conditions. The risk of recurrent bacteremia even by normal brushing of teeth and consequent infective endo carditis can have long term complications for them. There are few published studies about oral health status in Southern India .......

Abstract: Background: Cytology is the science of the interpretation of cells removed from the human body through clinical procedures or exfoliation. The quality of cytological diagnosis depends in equal measure on excellence of clinical procedures used to secure the sample and on laboratory procedures used to process the sample , these multiple steps being collection, proper fixation, staining and quality control. Fixatives play a very important role in cytopathology for its interpretation for an accurate and reliable diagnosis. Alcohols are most used fixative in cytopathology......

Abstract: Distal radius fracture is the most common orthopaedic injuries accounting for upto 15% of all extremity fractures. Its annual incidence has been estimated with a ratio of 4:1 (women > men due to post menopausal osteoporosis). It is predominantely seen in older population having increased number of falls that is fall on an out stretched hand.
Distal radius fracture's fracture line usually runs transversely at the cortico-cancellous junction. There could be injuries associated with Colle's fracture that is fracure of ulna styloid process, ulna collateral ligament rupture, rupture of ulna triangular cartilage.....

Abstract: Background: Shoulder impingement syndrome is a painful condition and narrowing of the subacromial space is the most common cause for such an impingement. Morphology of the acromion can be one of the reasons for such subacromial impingement. Materials and Methods: Present study was carried on 94 (43 right & 51 left) dry scapula of unknown age & sex, obtained from department of anatomy R.N.T. Medical College, Udaipur (Rajasthan). Morphology and morphometry of acromion process was studied. Results: Acromion process was flat in 36, .......

Abstract: Background: Prostate cancer is the fourth most common cancer and eighth leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide . Even though the diagnosis of prostatic adenocarcinoma can be made based on morphologic features, it is sometimes difficult to diagnose when the foci of cancer is small. Moreover various benign conditions like adenosis, partial atrophy etc can mimic prostate cancer. AMACR (alpha-methylacyl-CoA racemase) has been described in literature as a potential marker of prostatic adenocarcinoma but is not 100% sensitive. This study is an attempt.....
