Abstract:Lymphomas Of The Orbit And Periocular Tissues Are Rare Primary Orbital Tumors. The Most Common Histological Type Is MALT (Mucosal Associated Lymphoid Tissue) Lymphoma. It Is Usually Localized And Has A Good Prognosis. Ocular Involvement Is Rare, And Most Often Involves The Orbit, Conjunctiva And Lacrimal Glands. We Report Here The Case Of A Patient With Conjunctival MALT Lymphoma. The Patient Was 49 Years Old, With No Previous Pathological History, And Presented To The Ophthalmological Emergency Department.....

Abstract: Background: The most effective way of preventing future malocclusion from tooth loss is to place an effective, durable, and economical space maintainer. 3D printed space maintainers appear to be a promising alternative for preserving space when early loss of primary molars occurs. This study was conducted to test the bond strength of 3D printed bands and conventional metal bands. Materials and Methods: In this in vitro study, the sample consisted of 14 second primary molars, where they were randomly allocated into 2 groups. Group.....

Abstract: Introduction: Several Techniques Have Been Proposed To Prevent Hypotension In Obstetric Patients. Ephedrine And Phenylephrine Are Individually Used To Prevent Maternal Hypotension; However, Each Has Its Own Drawbacks. Some Researchers Have Reported That The Infusion Of Combined Ephedrine And Phenylephrine Immediately After Spinal Anaesthesia For Caesarean Delivery Reduces The Incidence Of Maternal Hypotension. Hypotension Is A Major Concern Of The Anaesthetists Whenever Subarachnoid Block Is Performed.......

Abstract:Background: Saliva Is A Body Fluid Containing A Complex Mixture Of Products Secreted Mainly By The Salivary Glands. Inorganic And Organic Secretory Products May Play Different Biological Roles In Digestion, Host Defense And Lubrication. The Protein Composition Of Saliva And The Flow Rate May Be Affected By Periodontal Disease. This Study Aims To Estimation And Compare Salivary Alpha Amylase Levels And Salivary Flow Rate In Healthy, Gingivitis And Chronic Periodontitis Subjects. Materials And Method: A Total Of 30 Subjects (25-55 Years, 13 Males And 17 Females) Were Selected From The Department Of Periodontics.......

Abstract: Abstract Introduction: Total Knee Replacement (TKR) Is A Highly Painful Procedure Requiring Profound Postoperative Analgesia And Early Mobilization And Physiotherapy In The Postoperative Period. Immobilization Due To Pain Decreases Pulmonary Function And Increases The Risk Of Thrombus Formation. Aim: In This Randomized, Open-Label Study, We Aimed To Compare The Efficacy And Safety Of Epidural And Femoral Nerve Block With Bupivacaine Hydrochloride And Fentanyl Citrate For Postoperative Analgesia After TKR........

Abstract: Background - Stroke Is A Persistent Impairment Of The Arm And Hand Due To A Hemiparesis, Which Has A Significant Impact On Performance In Daily Life Activities. Integral Arm-Hand Skill Training Approach, Accommodating Both The Heterogeneity Of The Patient Population And Its Associated Patterns And Levels Of Recovery Directly Post-Stroke Seems To Be Absent. Impaired Hand Function Is One Of The Most Frequently Persisting Consequences Of Stroke. The Fine Motor Activities Are Also Affected Due To Which The Patient Is Not Able To Hold Any Object....
