Abstract: Ayurveda And Other Indian Literature Reveled The Use Of Herbs In Treatment Of Various Human Illness. Its Usage Is Of Increasing Interest Due To The Efficiency And Superiority Of Actions Due To Phytoconstituents In Herbs And Undesirable Side Effects Of Modern Medicine. Though, The Mechanism Of Action Of Most Herbal Medicines Has Not Been Fully Understood, The Knowledge And Experience Obtained From Their Traditional Use Over The Years Should Not Be Ignored. One Such Medicinal Plant, Which Lacks Scientific Scrutiny, Is. Banana Plant. So, The Present Review, Exploring The Possible Pharmacological Activities Of Banana Stem Extract For General Health As Well As Oral Health Applications.

Abstract: Catharathus Roseus Is An Important Medicinal Plant Of The Apocynaceae Family Which Contains More Than 70 Different Type Of Alkaloids And Chemotherapeutic Agents That Are Effective In Treating Various Type Of Cancers. 100g Of Each Plant Part Were Extracted Using Different Organic And Aqueous Solvents, Which Have Varying Polarity (Petroleum Ether, Etoac, Etoh, H20). Each 250ml Of The Solvent Were Used, With The Help Of Soxhlet Apparatus The Extract Was Prepared And Stored In Clean Beakers. Soaking Materials With 90% Ethanol And Leaving The Mixture Overnight Has Been Used To Extract And Filter The Compound From The Mixture Of Compounds Collected From Column Tube. For The Identification Of Indole Alkaloids Of Vindoline And Fatty Components, The Signals Of Catharanthus Roseus Leaf In Spectra Analysis Of Ethanol Extract Find Out The Compound Of Vindoline.

Abstract: Background: Chronic Otitis Media (COM) Is Defined As An Inflammatory Process In The Middle Ear Space That Results In Long-Term Or More Often Permanent Changes In The Tympanic Membrane Including Atelectasis, Tympanosclerosis, Retraction Pocket Development Or Cholesteatoma. In The Developing World, Chronic Otitis Media Is An Important Cause Of Preventable Hearing Loss. Mucosal Chronic Otitis Media (Tubotympanic COM) Encompasses Cases With Central Perforation In The Pars Tensa Of The Tympanic Membrane. Up To 80% Of These Perforations Heal Spontaneously And For The Remaining, Surgical Repair Is Required. The Current Surgical Management.....

Abstract: Background: Micro-osteoperforations (MOP), among all the techniques of accelerating orthodontic tooth movement, is the least invasive surgical technique that has proven to be a desirable adjunct to orthodontic treatment. This study was done to evaluate the effectiveness of peeso-reamer-facilitated micro-osteoperforations (MOPs). Materials and Methods: Ten patients aged 17 years and above, requiring fixed orthodontic treatment and extraction of maxillary first premolars were recruited. Each patient's side of the mouth served as a control, receiving no MOPs....

Abstract: Introduction: Colorectal Cancer (Crc) Is A Common Cancer Worldwide. It Is The Third Most Commonly Diagnosed Cancer In Males And The Second In Females, With More Than 1.4 Million New Cancer Cases Every Year. The Age Standardized Rate (Asr) For Crc In India Is Low At 7.2 Per 100,000 Population In Males And 5.1 Per 100,000 Populations In Women. Several In Vitro And In Vivo Studies Have Confirmed The Chemopreventive Role Of Calcium In Crc. The Experimental Data Showed That There Was A Definite Connection Between Low Calcium And Vitamin D Intake And The Prevalence Of Crc. Carcinoembryonic Antigen(Cea) Is The Commonly Used Tumour Marker In Patients Of Crc,And Ca19.9 Might Be Used As An Additional Marker In Patients Of Crc.
Aim And Objective: To Evaluate Serum Level Of Calcium And Ca 19.9 And Their Relationship In Colorectal Cancer.....

Abstract: Aims and objectives: To study clinical significance of hypouricemia and its associated conditions We present an approach to hypouricemia, which is defined as a serum urate concentration of < 2 mg/dL (119 μmol/L), for the consulting physician who first encounters the patient. Hypouricemia occurs mainly because of either decrease in urate production or promoting the elimination of urate via the kidneys. Even though hypouricemia is not having clinical significance but it can be a sign of underlying disease Therefore, Physicians must recognize hypouricemia as a biomarker of various pathological and potentially harmful conditions, and refer the patient to required specialists for specific management. Methods : Literature search....
