Abstract: Human Right is a one of the most important concept in Present day context. Human Rights are those rights to which an individual is entitled by virtue of his status as human being. Witch Hunting is a social evil and the social menaceas an intentional behaviour to demean, dehumanize, harms, destroy or kill innocent people. In the name of practicing witch hunting, people are violate human rights to a great extent, where victim are treated as inhuman. The victims are suspected as witch along with his/her family members through which the basic human rights are being violated by the villagers. They lose their basic rights such as right to life, freedom of speech, property right etc......

Abstract: Thestudy sought to investigate the effectiveness of the SwazilandEducational and Training Sector Policy (2011) on professional development of primary school head teachers.Aconvergentmixed-paralleldesign was used in which(17) seventeen head teachers were selected using random sampling and purposively selected three (3) school inspectors. Primary data were collected using semi-structured questionnaires, face-to-face oral interviews and focus group discussions. Qualitative data were analysed using thematic analysis while descriptive statisticsused for quantitative data.Findings indicate that there were no well-cut training strategies developed to enable sufficient professional development of head-teachers through in-house training.Also, the implementation of the EDSEC...........

Abstract: In this paper, the relationship between economic growth and environmental degradation is examined with primary objective of verifying the applicability of the Environmental Kuznets Curve Hypothesis in Nigeria. The empirical model followed the Grossman-Krueger traditional model with some improvements due to the introduction of technological progress and international trade as part of the predictors. The level of environmental degradation was measured using per capita carbon dioxide emissions.
