Abstract: Human trafficking is a structured delinquency that trespasses a person‟s right to live with independence and pride. The enormousness of the multi-layered crimes under the umbrella term of "human trafficking‟ is truly shocking. Often analogized with modern day slavery, these crimes are carried out both within and beyond national boundaries. Human traffickers never repute their victims as humans, rather as commodities to trade, which is the ultimate dilapidation for any human being. Therefore, trafficking of human beings is both the cause and consequence of serious violations of human rights in a wide scale.Ironically, even in this modern age, whole humanity is being regularly haunted by this dreadful sinful. Human trafficking has become such a pivotal issue that........

Abstract: People have always glorified their oratory abilities, stressing that language are what make them different from the other species. The language is a very sophisticated achievement in the process of development, with a purpose for the children to understand communication in a perfect way. Psycholinguists claim that the first years from the life are of crucial importance for the proper development of the child‟s language. The language reflects the social and cultural background of the individual. In this paper we will analyze the patterns of development of the child‟s language and stress that all children have similar models of development regardless of the cultural diversity. Among other things, we will also analyze the social model of speech, which is very important for the.....

: | 10.9790/0837-2404108288 |
Abstract: The question of India being a federal polity is a hotly disputed topic among academics. To comprehend the dynamism of current Indian politics, we must first comprehend how India may be seen as a federal policy in terms of its nature, structure, and function. The huge discrepancy between constitutional setup and operational reality in India's political system makes Indian federalism a riddle that is best understood by adopting a dynamic approach. As a parliamentary federation, India represents a unique federal model that combines two contradictory models, namely, parliamentary and federalism. As a parliamentary federation, political parties play a significant role in shaping and influencing the nature and functioning of India's federal process. Based on some chosen literature on federalism and India's background, this essay attempts to comprehend Indian federalism.
