Title | : | Marxist Reading of Political Cinema: A Case Study on Costa-Gavras' Films |
Country | : | Bangladesh |
Authors | : | Mohammad Aminur Rahman |
Abstract: It may seem to be problematic to draw the relationship between cinema and politics, but in fact, both cinema and politics are components of a society's culture. A society is made up of its current and historical events with other social conditions and when these are portrayed in a cinema in order to inform or to agitate the spectator that then the cinema becomes political where ideology and politics are often deliberately interconnected. Thus we stand with the cinema before an exposition of the world. Cinema is a form of arts and science. It is a means of communication.

Country | : | Thailand |
Authors | : | Sajal Roy || ShimulMondal |
Abstract: This study was designed to determine the extent of involvement of women to OFSA, and to explore the relationships between women involved to OFSA and their characteristics. The study was conducted in two villages, Ban Samoang and Ban Sawang in Samsung District of the Northeast regions of Thailand. One hundred women were randomly selected as sample from a population of 300 of these villages. Abstract: Earthquake is one of the deadly natural disasters we have regularly experienced. Nepal and its adjacent areas are vulnerable to very high magnitude of earthquake. The Himalayan belt, Bihar- Nepal border, Assam and North Bengal especially Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar and Cooch Behar districts fall in this seismic zone. On the basis of investigation it has been found that recent earthquakes had destructed many human lives and their properties in Nepal and north India. The earthquake was considered to be the main cause for avalanches, landslides, slumps, many creaks and fissures in the adjacent area of Nepal. The present study endeavours to examine the nature, extent, causes and consequences of the tremor of quakes and suggests suitable recommendations for its revival.

Authors | : | Mr. Tunge Lollen |
Abstract: The trajectory of development is a state mediation through which the issue of connections between tribes and their resources provides both opportunities and challenges. It is one of these issues that this paper points to – the issue of challenges. Whereas challenges can be estimated using several parameters, this paper tends to look at these challenges from a different perspective and pinpoints on an issue – the issue of narratives with reference to tribal resources that becomes a major challenge under the impact of development.

Title | : | Morphometric And Landuse And Landcover Change Analysis Of Lokjuriya River Basin, Jharkhand, India Using Remote Sensing And Gis Technique |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | AmitBiswas || Dr. Mery Biswas |
Abstract: TheStudy discusses the morphometric characteristics of Lokjuriya River basin and also the changing pattern of Landuse and Land cover. Rapid lanuse and land cover change has taken place in the Chotanagpurregion in the last decade due to growth of population and agriculture development. The prime objective of the study to revel the morphometric condition and also investee the land use land cover change from 1989 to 2014.In this paper Land use changes dynamics were investigated by the combined use of Remote sensing, GIS and also field survey. The result indicates that there has been a notable and uneven urban growth in the Lower part and tremendous loss in dense forest in the upper and middle part in the River basin. The study demonstrates that the integration of satellite remote sensing and GIS is an effective approach for analyzing the morphometric pattern and land use change.
