Abstract: This research is aimed at describing representation of IndonesianChinese‟scultural behavior in the Indonesian novels of post tragegy in 1998. This discussion is conducted using (1) research procedure of sociology of literature, and (2) analysis model of Paul Recoeur‟s hermeneutics that works in three steps of semantic, reflective and existential levels. Data are derived from five Indonesian novelsThe selection of which are based on the purposive sampling technique. The representativeness of the novels and their authors is seen from the viewpoint and context of research object.This research is a descriptive-qualitative one for describing sociocultural phenomena................

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the level of community legal compliance, and analyze the social and economic factors that influence the certificate of land property rights. This research used a method of socio-juridical. The population is about 2,250 people, and sampling of 75 respondents. Types of data, qualitative and are quantitative, primary and secondary data sources, data analysis frequency tables and chi-square. The results showed the level of community legal compliance with the certification of land property rights are still relatively moderate, because the certificate of the ownership rights over land increased after a subsidy from the World Bank. Socioeconomic factors are still considered a weak influence on the certificate of land ownership is due to the certification costs less affordable by the community.

Behind the natural beauty, there are some sulfur miners on Mount Ijen whoare still experiencing difficulties in meeting their needs.It is because the income for transporting sulfur income is still very low, so it can only be used to meet the daily needs alone. Abstract: Leadership and governance are critical to human service organizations. In Libya, the professional practice of social workers within such organizations is influenced by four factors: social workers' morale, their human relationships within the organization, their relationship with the manager, and organizational control within the organization.Thisexploratory study considers 10 social organizations and rehabilitation centers in Tripoli with 111 social workers as participantsconducted from July to September 2015. Results indicate thateffective leadership and sound governance in human service organizations are critical to the professional practice of social workers.

However, To Contribute Meaning, Words Need To Be Used In Sentences Where They Contract Syntagmatic Relations With Other Words. Further, The Context In Which A Word Is Used Can Change Its Meaning. Abstract: - The birth of the child either Normal or Retarded is known to produce pressure since it includes adjustments and extra responsibilities for various members of the family. However, birth of mentally retarded child produces greater pressure on the family because of extra demands of child care, greater financial burden. Hence an attempt was made to study the differences in problems of mothers and fathers having a mentally retarded child in a family. Families with mentally retarded children from RASS and MORE CBR projects in chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh numbering 200 families with boys and girls of age 6-15 yrs having mild moderate and severs levels of retardation was selected. Out of 200 families only 40 father and 200 mothers came forward voluntarily for the study..............

Abstract: -Increased competition, highly educated consumers, and increase in standard of living are forcing many businesses to review their customer service strategy. Many business firms are channeling more efforts to retain existing customers rather than to acquire new ones since the cost of acquiring new customer is greater than cost of retaining existing customers. This Paper focuses on customer satisfaction of various nationalized banks in comparison with Private Banks. A survey was conducted for 600 respondents, 300 respondents who were customers of Private Banks and 300 respondents were customers of nationalized banks.
