At our research over financial and economic problems of SMEs, importance of financial leasing has been emphasized. Other dimensions of the research are reasons of negative relation in between ownership perception of SMEs and effective usage of working capital. At our research, face to face questionnaire which is one of the quantitative methods has been preferred. In the direction of this purpose, face to face interviews with 350 industrial administrations which employ less than 250 personnel and have income less than 40.000.000...........

Title | : | Investigating 11th Grade Students' Van-Hiele Level 2Geometrical Thinking |
Country | : | |
Authors | : | Ural, Alattin |
Abstract: This study aimed to investigate 11th grade students' Van-Hiele level 2 of geometrical thinking. A total of 50 11th grade students participated in the study. The data collection tool included four open-ended and eight multiple-choice questions compatible with Van-Hiele level 2 of geometrical thinking. The study was a qualitative research. The success rates are those: defining geometric figures (62%), ordering the geometric figures (66%), having the knowledge of which geometrical property determines which geometric property (56%) or figure (61%). The errors sources basically are those: inadequacy in defining the geometric figures, deciding by looking at the figure instead of geometrical thinking, and not knowing the logic of ordering the figures.

Title | : | A case of single female labour migrants working in the low-end service jobs from North-Eastern region to the metropolitan city Chennai, India |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Banti Deori |
Abstract: About more than half of the migration population across the globe are women. Even though women had equal participation as men in the process of migration in search of job opportunities outside their home by crossing the national and the international boundaries from the 1980's onwards, they are not given due space as a separate category in migration studies. This was brought to the notice in the 20th century. The low-end service jobs have replaced male employees with ethnic migrant women for multiple reasons. The gender, race and ethnicity are playing an equally crucial role in the hiring and recruitment of the new service sector industries. In this paper, an attempt has been made to conceptualise certain changes..........

Title | : | Disability and Inclusive Development: a Theoretical analysis of The Elderly Disability In Kenya |
Country | : | Kenya |
Authors | : | Sibuor, J. O. || Otengah, W. A. |
Abstract: Global projection for elderly persons for the year 2030 is 1 billion with Africa peaking to 1.6 billion from 1.0 billion in 2010. Advanced age is often associated with disabilities thus challenges activities of daily living. In Kenya like other nations, the elderly are often discriminated and excluded from participating in development programs under different circumstances and situations on the basis of age. Despite these, they are potential and salient contributors to development. In African societies, they play vital roles including care for grandchildren, placate controversies and are custodian of community resources. Preserving and harnessing their talent means complementing community development with optimal aging.............
