Abstract: The purposes of this study are: a. to identify the various problems of entrepreneurs around tourism industry ofMalang, It concerns about marketing, finance, entrepreneurship attitude and maintain business sustainability b. to explore the entrepreneur needs to strengthen their business in order to develop their business.This research was conducted in the location of attractions in Malang Indonesia, namely: Jatim Park, Selecta, Batu Night Spectacular and PayungBatu with a number of 60 respondents. Abstract: Women Novelists of the Pre- Independence period provide a true picture of the women in contemporary times. It was for the first time in 19th century that the women‟s issues were raised in India on a large scale and efforts were made to reform the conditions. The burning issues of those times like "sati‟, child marriage, female infanticide, widowhood, "purdah‟, polygamy, "devdasi‟ and lack of education amongst women in society were taken into account. Out of these some of the issues like child marriage, education for women, widowhood and its consequences, polygamy, problems of property rights to women, dowry system, power struggle amongst women in the house due to insecurity etc., have been highlighted through the lives of women portrayed in the novels. Swarnakumari Debi‟s The Uprooted Vine is chosen for study in this research paper.

Abstract: The issue of disaster is complex and multidimensional which can be studied from various scientific disciplines including social sciences. On the other hand, there is a change of orientation in disaster management that initially emphasizes the technical dimension shifting to human and community handling into new areas for social researchers to develop study in the field of disaster with various perspectives and approaches. Ethnography as one approach in social research that emphasizes exploration of social phenomena in its original setting is holistic-integrative, thick description and qualitative analysis deemed relevant and contextual used in current developing disaster studies. Through this writing, the writer offers the idea how important he ethnographic approach to be used in doing a research relating to the disaster.

Abstract: The statehood movement was one of the important historical events of the post - merger period of Manipur. It was a mass movement in which all the leading political social and voluntary organisation in the state, were actively involved and participated in one way or other. The causes for the outbreak of the movement were directly connected with the administrative change in the state which was developed just after the merger of Manipur into India in the year 1949. It was a long continued movement based on the democratic and non-violent principal. The demand and aspiration of the people was finally fulfilled after the movement passed through different phase of the political struggle..

Abstract: This study explores the English and Central Kurdish1demonstratives as deictic expressions by stating their morphological, syntactical, and semantic properties. As a result, the similar and different linguistic properties of the demonstratives of the two languages are pointed out. The outcome of the study may provide more elucidation to linguistics in general. Additionally, it may give clearer vision to language pedagogy and translation.

Abstract: The paper is aimed at making conceptual analysis of the dynamics of inflation, for the purpose of providing vital information on contemporary knowledge and understanding of the patterns and nature of effects of some variables on inflation in developing economies and countries of Commonwealth West Africa. Existing literatures on inflation and its dynamics were used as source of data for this study. Methodology used in this research was relied heavily on existing literatures (previous studies) on the subject. The paper indicated that various previous studies used a number of (but limited) econometrics models which limits the scope of the analysis of the various write ups.A number of studies reported positive significant relationships or influences by money supply, exchange rate, GDP (as a measure of economic growth), interest rate and fiscal deficit on inflation rate. Abstract: The present research aims to study the impact of parenting style and ethnicity on academic achievement motivation and mental health of female adolescent students. Three Dimensional Parental Behavior Inventory (TDPBI) of Ojha (1993), Academic Achievement Motivation Test (AAMT) of Sharma (2009) and Mental Health Inventory of Jagadish and Srivastava, (1983) were used for data collection. The samples for the present research were drawn from tribal and non-tribal adolescent students of Ranchi town. The sample was selected by stratified random sampling technique from different inter-mediate colleges and +2 schools. Mean, SD, t-ratio and correlation were used for data analysis.
