Abstract: Counselling is among the vital programs needed in schools used to guide the students in their school life. This research intended to look at the influence of counselling services on academic performance among the students of grade one to four in Aljamea-tus-Saifiyah University, Nairobi campus. This study was underpinned on Operant conditioning theory guided by the following research question; how does counselling services offered influence Aljamea-tus-Saifiyah Nairobi campus students' academic performance?
