Abstract:Spousal Abuse (SA) refers to violence between intimate partners. SA is a societal problem which negatively affects the individual, family and the community. Kenya has laws which attempt to address aspects of SA and provide justice for the victims. This study seeks to analyse the legal framework for the protection of Victims of Spousal Abuse (VSA). Abstract:Women prisoners are the neglected section of the society their rights and need violated in the prison itself,this article highlight the concern towards the condition of women prisoners across the country. initially, prison are predominately built for the male criminals where they did not focus toward the gender specific needs, but now a days the number of women prisoners gradually increase and they accommodate in common prison in separate barrack where their needs have not meet besides these they are faceing the multiple problems regarding with infrastructure, staff, developmental programs, health, sanitation and hygiene. Although,the number of women prisoners are relatively low than men,their number may be the reason for neglection of their needs and problems by prison authorities and policy makers. The aim of this article to elaborate the problems and challenges faced by women prisoners inside prison and tries to find out the causes which lead them to commit crime with the help of theoretical modals. NCRB data 2015 shows that over 3 lakhs women arrested in different crime which is the alarming situation, it should be address enormously. Purpose of this paper is to highlight the
violation of the human rights of the women prisoners, condition of women jails, to enumerate human rights and constitutional rights of the women prisoners.

Abstract:This study about representations of female primary school teachers is concerning giving birth to males and females aims at finding out the reasons behind the discrimination between males and females. This study starts with three hypotheses: Hypothesis one: This discrimination nurtures the prevailing customs and traditions in the Moroccan society. Abstract:Our communicative exchanges must have cooperative efforts and we have to recognize some sets of purposes or accepted direction. Grice's cooperative principle and the four maxims have to be carried in every talk exchanges no matter in what field or what career people are practicing them. In this connection, while apologizing, the politicians at certain contexts and for specific reasons they flout these maxims. Thus, the study aims to find out the reasons for flouting these maxims while expressing the act of apology in three selected American speeches.Utilizing Grices‟s Model and Searle‟s and Bach and Harnish‟smodels of speech acts, the study concludes that in both direct and indirect apologies, the speaker intentionally breaks the maxims of conversation and that the apologizer relies on extra words and expressions in order to justify and explain the act committed towards others.

Abstract:The establishment of industrial and trade development commissioned by multinationals and international trade networks is a recipe for African environmental inferiorisation and marginalization. This

Abstract:The term landscape is used in many different contexts with numerous different definitions. In most disciplines it has a clear spatial dimension based on natural as well as cultural. From an ecological point of view, a landscape may function as a scale measure relative to the movement of different organisms, usually a large area including components like heterogeneity and habitat mosaics. In social science and humanities, landscape is commonly conceived as a holistic dimension, a continuum without limits, where physical elements, socio-economical qualities and institutional components are included together with immaterial aspects such as value systems, tradition and knowledge.
