Abstract: The Bodos are an agricultural community. Agriculture is the chief occupation of the Bodos. They mainly depend on paddy cultivation. They cultivate three types of paddy. They are Maisali (rice grown in low lying land), Bawa (rice grown in marshes with deep water), and Ashu (grown in high land). Maisali has two verities, i.e. Maima (large variety) and Maisa (small variety). Their method of cultivation is primitive. For tilling the soil they use wooden plough. Normally they make two bullocks or buffalos together and join them with plough and yoke and till soil. For cultivation they mainly depend on monsoon rain. They select plain and alluvial land for agriculture. Normally they prefer such a plot of land where cultivation is done with the help of rain water. They construct artificial irrigation system to supply water in the paddy field. They also construct embankment for preserving water to use in cultivation.........

Abstract: This paper seeks to identify the issue of withdrawing land certificates, changed with Electronic certificate, in the legal system for land registration in Indonesia. The results concluded that The Minister and officials in the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of National Land Agency (BPN) do not mention the certificate that exists with the Government Legal Entity, Private, Foreigners, religions, and communities will have their land certificate withdrawn. The certificate will be withdrawn if the certificate owner wants to change the certificate to an electronic certificate. There is also no coercion or obligation for the owner of to change it to an Electronic Certificate. The practical results emphasize that there is no legal certainty regarding the issue of revocation of land certificates.

Abstract: This main objective of the study was to investigate the contribution of High Altitude Athletics Training Centers (HAATCs) to host community livelihoods in Elgeyo Marakwet County (EMC) in Kenya. It examined the impacts of HAATCs on the host community assets/capitals: human, social, physical, natural, and financial. Since there is limited research conducted in Kenya in this area, this study intends to fill this gap. This study used a qualitative research design and data were collected through a mixed-method approach involving participant observation, 6 focus group discussions (FGDs), and in-depth interviews with 16 key informants consisting of athletics coaches, elite athletes, and HAATCs managers. Abstract: The ready-made garment (RMG) industry is the highest grossing industry in Bangladesh, a country that is still going through its developing phase. The garment industry is, also, the first industry in the country's history to employ a large number of female employees. Thus, this industry is giving poor, illiterate, rural women of Bangladesh the chance to contribute to their family income and the confidence to strive toward economic independence. Nevertheless, sudden industrial disasters like fire or collapse take away their hopes and freedom and leave them with despair and uncertainty. Abstract: From ancient times, India has taken a challenging task to reducing the poverty rate, and sensitizes the second gender of society. It was a hierarchical process since societal norms and rules were generated that women are subjugated by the men and they didn't have the right to do whatever they want. This research paper analyzes the present scenario, what constitution gives the right to women and what are the realities among them. In rural India moat of the women are uneducated and they don't know about her right that is why these women are dominated by the men. So women empowerment is important in rural areas. This research paper is started with introduction of women empowerment and in middle part are deals with the laws and regulations passes by the government for women upliftment. The third part is concluding with some suggestions.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the substantiation of the importance of the process of national and patriotic education at the stage of preschool childhood. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, the essence of the concept of "national and patriotic education of a senior preschooler" is revealed, the influence of artistic and speech activity on the studied phenomenon is shown. An experimental technique is described. It was implemented according to three stages (information-content, activity-creativity, evaluation-reflection); a fragment of diagnostic tasks that were used at the ascertaining and control stage of the experimental work is illustrated. Abstract: To effectively understand and explore any operational environment, it is important to identify who the key players or stakeholders are. Stakeholder identification and management is a popular concept in management sciences to probe a variety of phenomena, illustrate the overall position of organisations, manage crisis situations, formulate policies among other possible objectives. There is a plethora of issues in media studies that require a holistic identification of industry stakeholders. Yet, there exists a gap in literature as to classifying what categories these stakeholders could fall into. Hence, this study employs an exegetical approach, extrapolating from existing research in management sciences to present a classification of stakeholders in the media industry. The paper presents five stakeholder categories – media owners, media clients/consumers, media staff/employees, strategic partners and special interest groups. The study helps to create a useful insight into who stakeholders are in the media industry and how they may operate within the media landscape.

Abstract: The study examined the effectsof violent crimeon socio-economic development inGboko metropolis. The study adopted a survey research design,and structured questionnaire as instruments of data collection.The population for the study was three hundred and sixty- four (364) respondents as a sample size of the study involvedyouths, parents and vigilante members. Data collected were analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively. The findings of the study revealed that poverty, unemployment and the nature of politics in Nigeria is determinants of violent crime. Violent crime was seen to have a negative consequence on the youth themselves, family and society at large.These have affectedthe stability of the country and causedunderdevelopment.Recommendationswere made to control violent crime with emphasis placed on the role of the family and all security agents who must work together complementarily for a positive result in curbing violent crime in the society..
