Abstract:Patient satisfaction has long been considered an important component when measuring health outcomes and quality of care. The study population consists of patients who came for services to the PHCCs.
The present study aimed to determine the level of satisfaction for patients, in terms of resources available, and about health care services in primary health care centres. Also this research comes to highlight the possibility of knowing the health services quality in a selected group of primary health care centres in Sirte - Libya. The sample size is 204 patients selected randomly. Cross-sectional descriptive study, a predesigned questionnaire was used. The study concludes that a service of PHCCs provided was lower to level that most of the patients were not satisfied.
