Abstract: College-going students are in a very important transition phase of their lives. Moving to college, choosing a career, chasing deadlines & grades, and making new friends, all can be overwhelming to take in at once. The present study examined gender differences in the levels of gratitude, emotional regulation and happiness among college-going students. The study also sought to determine whether there is any correlation between the levels of gratitude, emotional regulation (cognitive reappraisal and emotional suppression) and happiness in college-going students.....
