Abstract: Background: Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) is the feeling that others are having more rewarding experiences leading to a constant need to stay online and 'connected' through social media, and this constant apprehension is found to be related to many mental health issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, social media addiction etc. People of all ages have reported to have some levels of FoMO but the youth faces the maximum brunt of it.......
