Abstract: Chronic kidney disease is a major health problem due to the significant financial burden for the healthcare system and likewise for the patient who needs the treatment. The patient's whole life situation is turned upside down with chronic kidney disease when they are confronted with the forced change to start treatment with hemodialysis. Patients undergoing hemodialysis require direct and continuous care. Identifying the barriers to and factors facilitating hemodialysis care can improve care quality. The increasing number of patients with end stage renal disease (ESRD) has caused a substantial rise in the number of individuals receiving hemodialysis.............

Abstract: Background: Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia occurs in about 60% of newborns. If not managed properly, it can progress to severe neonatal hyperbilirubinemia (SNNJ) leading to death or permanent disability. Aim: To assess nurse's knowledge and practice about neonate with hyperbilirubinemia. Subjects: 41 nurses working in nine districts hospital in Minia governorate each district one hospital and from Minia district 3 hospital. Settings: The study was conducted on nurses working in11 governmental district hospital in Minia governorate Results: 58.5% of nurses below 26 years old with mean age25.8 ± 4.3 years and 63.4% live in rural area. Abstract: Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a viral disease caused by Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) which affects the immune system of human body. Now a day it's become a problem of whole world. The aim of this study was to assess the knowledge of adolescents regarding HIV/AIDS. Study was conducted in a randomly selected intermediate school, from the selected school sample were selected by convenient sampling technique. Data was collected by administering tools to the sample. The result of the study shows, most of the participants believed that by physical appearance of a person HIV positive status can be detected, HIV and AIDS are same thing.............

Abstract: Uremic pruritus is an unpleasant sensation and one of the most common disabling symptoms occurs for patients undergoing hemodialysis. Aromatherapy as a part of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) has been reported to have multiple beneficial properties for management of uremic pruritus. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of aromatherapy on uremic pruritus among patients undergoing hemodialysis. A quasi experimental design (pretest-posttest one control group design) was utilized to achieve the aim of the study. Adult male and female conscious patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis were recruited in this study............

Abstract: Infertility and its related problems negatively affect the quality of life. Coping with infertility is important in order to maintain and/or improve the patient's quality of life. Objective: to assess coping strategies and quality of life among infertile women. Abstract: Background: Cerebral palsy is a common neurological disorders that requires a comprehensive assessment as well as treatment. There is shortage of data concerning the prevalence of cerebral palsy among Egyptian children. Aim: To establish registry of cerebral palsy in Alexandria (Wassat District) Egypt. Subjects: 147 children with cerebral palsy of both genders, age ranged from 6 months to 18 years participated in this study.
