Abstract: Poor sleep quality is a common problem in rheumatoid arthritis patients that may lead to disease aggravation, increase fatigue and depression. This study aimed to examine sleep quality and its correlates to fatigue and depressive symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis patients. Design: a quasi-experimental research design (study and control group) thirty patients for each one was utilized. Setting: The study was conducted at physical medicine and rehabilitation outpatient clinic of university hospital at Menoufia governorate, Egypt. Abstract: Background:Nowadays,increasingattentionhasbeendevotedtothepatientsafetyculturewithinhealth administrativedepartmentsandhealthcareorganizations.Aim:The study aims to investigatenurses' safety attitude and their readiness for quality improvement at Main University Hospital- Alexandria. Method:A demographic questions and the SAQ and CQI Readiness surveysweredistributed among the study subjects to collect dataabouttheir attitudes regarding patient safety and their readiness for quality improvement.Results:It was found that there was a highly statistically significant difference between nurses' safety attitude with their readiness for quality improvement.Managers should keep in track for changing nurses' attitude toward quality as a worthy goal, notify them with a clear and constant standard of care to be familiar with and engaged them in all steps of the quality cycle to be responsible for quality outcomes.
