Abstract: Papillomaviruses are ubiquitous and are members of a family Papillomaviridae of DNA viruses that infect humans and animals. Human papillomaviruses (HPVs) are small non-enveloped viruses that contain a double-stranded, closed circular DNA genome. Human papillomaviruses cause anogenital warts and are associated with anogenital malignancy including cervical, vaginal, vulvar, penile, and anal carcinoma.This study was carried out to determine the prevalence of HPV IgM among women of reproductive age and associated risk and demographic factors in Funtua zone, Katsina state. Abstract: Stoma complications are one of the problems that are often experienced by colostomy patients. Stoma complications in colostomy patients can be caused by various factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the risk factors that most influence the occurrence of stoma complications in patients with colostomy. Abstract: Haemorrhoids are swollen and inflamed veins around anus or in lower rectum. It is common problem in worldwide which increases with age. The aim of this study was to assess the awareness regarding haemorrhoids among client attending OPD at Chitwan Medical College Teaching Hospital. A descriptive, cross sectional study was conducted among 120 patients of age of ≥ 20 years attending Surgery OPD at CMCTH by using non- probability purposive sampling technique. The finding revealed that majority (57.5%) of clients had inadequate awareness while 42.5% had adequate awareness regarding haemorrhoids. There was no statistically significance between level of awareness regarding haemorrhoids and selected variables such as: age (p=0.513), sex (p=0.772), educational status (p=0.261), occupation (p=0.821), personal history of haemorrhoids (p=0.682) and family history of haemorrhoids (p=0.834). In conclusion, a planned health awareness programme is needed to improve the awareness of clients regarding haemorrhoids .

Abstract: The Aimof this study was to evaluate effect of implementing different maternal positions during the first stage of labor and its effect on labor outcomes. Design: intervention study design.The studysetting was conducted at labor unit of obstetrics & gynecological department at Benha University Hospital.
