Abstract: Perennial climber Gloriosasuperba L. is utilized in many parts of Africa and Southeast Asia as an ayurvedic medicinal herb. The plant was classified as endangered because of careless wild collection, despite being widely utilized in medicine for its colchicine content. Although it has a low seed set issue as well, it is now being grown because of industrial need. The herb is used to treat a variety of conditions, including snakebite, gout, arthritis, rheumatism, inflammation, ulcers, bleeding piles, skin conditions, and leprosy.Numerous chemicals, including colchicine.....

Abstract: Gradenigo syndrome is a rare complication of otitis media characterized by the triad of retro-orbital or facial pain, otorrhea, and sixth cranial nerve palsy, resulting from infection extending into the petrous apex. We report the case of an 80-year-old man who presented with a one-week history of horizontal diplopia, facial pain, and otorrhea. Examination revealed an 18–prism-diopter esotropia with a right abduction deficit consistent with a right CN VI palsy.....

Abstract: Introduction: The colour stability of resin-based restorative materials basically depends on the type of resin material used. Different solutions such as medicinal syrups, fruit juices and colas can significantly affect colour stability. Moreover, restorative material discolouration might be attributed to the degree of water sorption and matrix resin hydrophilicity. While restorative materials have been tested in the past, adhesive and new resin-based restorative.....

Abstract: Background: Palmoplantar psoriasis (PPP) is a chronic, debilitating variant of psoriasis that affects the palms and soles, accounting for 13–15% of all psoriasis cases. Despite limited body surface area involvement, PPP leads to significant functional impairment due to painful fissuring, scaling, and persistent inflammation. Dermoscopy and histopathology play important roles in differentiating PPP from clinically overlapping conditions. Owing to the poor response to topical therapies and limited clinical trials, systemic agents such as methotrexate and....
