Abstract: Background: Urban areas globally are known to offer many opportunities to urban dwellers. However, they also concentrate health risks and hazards. Primary Healthcare (PHC) is an approach used to offer the first contact healthcare services. Studies have revealed low utilization of PHC services in urban Kenya. This has led to high burden of preventable diseases. This paper set out to assess the households' utilization of PHC facilities in Nakuru town. Materials and Methods: The study adopted mixed method research that involved quantitative and qualitative approaches. Abstract: Eco-textiles refer to all fabrics, clothing and accessories that have been manufactured, produced, and processed in an environmentally-conscious manner. This manner reduces any negative impact in the form of pollution or damage to the planet. "Ecofriendly" is the new and emerging term in today's life. Many new fibers are introduced in order to have a sustainable and environment friendly future for next generation. Working in the same direction one such upcoming fiber is the lotus fiber. Abstract: A stable economic and social system is invaluable for continued and sustained development. All sectors of the economy are expected to work harmoniously for a stable economy. A body is required to coordinate all sectors to stabilize the economy especially in times of distress. This is the role the Central Bank of Nigeria played in the COVID-19 era in Nigeria. Through its intervention, inline with its mandate, the Bank continues to ensure the stability that is needed for development.

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to examine the employees' perception of the importance of their job training and development in the institutions of higher learning in Kenya, using Moi University as acase study. The sample population constituted non-teaching staff in Main Campus and Chepkoilel campus of Moi University. The study aimed to find out whether there is any relationship between selected variables (employees' productivity, motivation and job satisfaction, adjusting to changes, promotion, stability of an educational organization, reducedwork related accidents) and the employees' perception of job training and development. Abstract: Nigeria faces a rather acute housing shortage. Industrialized Building System (IBS) has been in use for a long time in different countries of the World to provide mass housing. Abstract: The increasing level of insecurity especially terrorism in the North and kidnapping in the South in recent years in Nigeria has largely threatened our national security. This study, therefore, ascertained influence of communication and migration on security issues in Nigeria using Enugu East Senatorial Zone of Enugu State as the study area. The study adopted The Agenda Setting Theory as its theoretical framework. The major instrument for data collection was the questionnaire and the focus group guide (FGD). Findings revealed a statistically significant relationship between place of residence and experience of security challenges as shown by chi-square test values (χ2 =34.328; df=1; P<.000), while there was no strong statistically significant relationship between educational qualification and pattern of migration as indicated by the chi square values (χ2 =2.044; df = 1; P <.153). The study recommended government implementation of strict migration and communication policies in order to reduce security challenges etc.

Abstract: Patent is one of the significant types of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) utilized in the pharmaceutical industry. Exchange mark, modern structure, geological sign and copyright are other types of IPRs accessible in India. Award of patent in India is represented under the Patents Act, 1970. This audit gives a short outline of advancement of patent law in India viewing therapeutic properties just as clarifies the idea and need of protecting and non-licensing of the restorative medications during the spread of corona virus in India. Measures of patentability and various sorts of pharmaceutical licenses right now being allowed in India are depicted with the expectation to give the basic information on pharmaceutical protecting to the specialists.
