Abstract: Gingival recession is among the most prevalent aesthetic disorders pertaining to the periodontal tissues. The exposure of root surfaces as a result of the gingival tissue borders migrating apically to the cementoenamel junction is known as gingival recession. Marginal tissue recession is linked to cosmetic complaints, a propensity for root caries, and thermal and tactile sensitivity, albeit it seldom causes tooth loss.A significant amount of research supports the use of traditional corrective procedures, such as envelope flaps, pedicle flaps, and coronally advanced flaps (CAFs), with or without the addition of a subepithelial connective tissue graft (SCTG). Minimally invasive surgical methods that can produce respectable cosmetic results with less patient suffering are currently gaining popularity......

Abstract: Unsafe abortions continue to be a critical public health concern, especially in developing countries like India. This article examines the incidence, implications, and mitigation strategies of unsafe abortions, with a focus on data from the Umaid Hospital, a regional mother and child-care institute, of Dr S.N. Medical College Jodhpur, and is the largest referral Centre in Western Rajasthan where the annual delivery load exceeds approximately twenty thousand. It highlights the gap between legal provisions and accessibility, explores the role of comprehensive abortion care (CAC) in reducing maternal morbidity and mortality, and discusses the broader socio-cultural challenges........

Abstract: 'Lobular Capillary Haemangioma' of middle ear is a rare, benign disease. It is difficult to diagnose clinically. Here we report a case of a 37-year-old female who presented with the symptom of gradually progressive hearing loss, earache and perception of buzzing sound in the right ear for one and a half years. On examination, a red mass of the size of a pea-nut was found in the middle ear on the right side. The mass was pushing the tympanic membrane outwards. The mass was excised using anterior tympanotomy approach and subsequently diagnosed as 'Lobular Capillary Haemangioma' on histopathological examination.

Abstract: Introduction: Malocclusion, a misalignment of teeth and jaws, is one of the most common orthodontic problems and can result in functional issues such as difficulty in chewing, speech impediments, and increased susceptibility to periodontal disease. Understanding the underlying causes of malocclusion, including tooth size discrepancies as measured by Bolton's ratios, is essential for developing effective treatment strategies tailored to specific populations. By establishing normative Bolton ratios for the Navi Mumbai population, the study will contribute valuable data that can be used to enhance the precision and effectiveness of orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning.......

Abstract: Osteoma is a reactive lesions or a developmental anomalies, dilemma in oral jaw lesions, because of when osteoma occur with simultaneously in relation to retained deciduous tooth 73 and erupting tooth 33. So clear vision needed for proper diagnosis and treatment plan and prognosis of the lesions. This presenting case osteoma represent no any signs of pain and swelling in relation to retained deciduous tooth 73 and erupting tooth 33 before 6 months when taken OPG. But after extracted retained deciduous tooth, the pain and swelling started gradually and persist for two weeks and not relieved by analgesic. So needed to rule out wheather it was a osteoma or osteoblastoma. So that here necessary to discuss about this case osteoma, is a reactive lesions, due to the bone remodeling of extracted socket of retained deciduous tooth 73 or developmental anomalies with erupting tooth 73.

Abstract: Primary gastric small cell neuroendocrine carcinomas (GSCNEC) are extremely rare, highly aggressive tumours with early and widespread metastasis and poor overall prognosis. Only a few hundred cases were reported in literature. It is usually challenging to confirm the histological diagnosis from a preoperative endoscopic sample. Here, we report a case of 45-year-old male who had upper abdomen pain, weight loss, along with signs of gastric outlet obstruction. Preoperative endoscopic biopsy revealed poorly differentiated carcinoma. He underwent.....
